The moving out experience was great, with Aaron coming directly to help me move out of my apartment, wrapping pieces carefully, and being accommodating. I had my stuff stored with them for a bit over 2 months. During the move-in process, we encountered delays because the truck broke down, which meant I had to pay for a hotel room for two days. No big deal, it happens. Finally, move-in day arrives. Once the truck was opened, I saw all my boxes squashed and furniture not secured in the back of the truck. I had a bad feeling, but was hopeful that the company was going to instill their promise of taking care of my items. Once we began unloading, since there was only one guy who was sent, my partner and I had to take things up to the apartment OURSELVES. The guy simply stood by the truck, handed us boxes, and scrolled on his phone. At this point, I just wanted to get over the experience and put this behind me, but as more and more items got unloaded, I saw multiple of my items were broken or missing. My nightstand had deep scratches on both sides, one of my furniture items was simply unusable as the drawers had snapped, and all the screws for my furniture and bed were missing. I also lost my Dyson vacuum and desk chair (worth over $500) during this process. The boxes were squashed and had ants all over them (including inside the boxes)(image 3). I was in absolute tears that everything I had trusted them with had been broken, and to make matters worse, they almost overcharged me for the storage unit. After multiple messages and talks with Aaron, he reassured me that a reimbursement check for my items was coming and that he had found the desk chair...over three weeks have passed since my move-in. I still have no desk chair, I have no check, and the owner, Aaron, continues to drag the situation by stating the check is coming/he got busy/he is on vacation. Please beware, I am only sharing my experience and hope others will be more wary before making the same mistake I did.
