I saw Cruciani paintings in several cities in Italy during a trip. I liked them and decided to order one when I returned home to the states. What a disaster - the painting was promised in 6-8 weeks and it was nearly double that time to receive and then it was not as expected. I can't tell you how many unanswered emails I had to repeatedly follow up on and finally called their gallery directly in Italy to find someone to help me. Never again! read more
