Once he arrived he attempted to do things cheapskate way. Instead of acrylic flowers that you create, he tried to use a charm that was sticking up off the nail, essentially it was going to fall off. My total came to $260.00 for a pedicure and FILL IN (REFILL) I have NEVER paid that. And I just recently moved here from Texas, and even there the prices are NOT inflated like that. I hate to play the race card, but as I'm sitting in there many woman not of color being treated better than me, nicer, more friendly, etc. I would think spending $260 I would get some sort of at least pleasantries. Either way, the work (once guided) was good, but I think they inflated the prices on me. This time I went the nails were $130.00 for a full set, design and soak off. It's so weird that a refill and design was $120.00. The guy who explained the pricing to me was RUDE and aggressive. I only asked if he could provide me the breakdown or itemized receipt.. The Spa is very clean and has stations for pedicures. They have hundreds of nail colors to choose from and do UV polish to seal the acrylic manicures. The location is near Albertson's grocery store and some other businesses (including a sandwich shop and some retail stores) so if you're running errands you can stop in and get your nails done and continue on your way. They have automated CC billing so you don't have to hit the ATM on the way there.

Originally came in with some designs of a sleeve I wanted drawn up. I was referred to a guest…read moreartist who was in the studio, we discussed my designs and I paid my $100 deposit which was to be put towards my first session. I came back a few days later as instructed to see the artists designs he drew, he had not done anything, said he was busy and told me to come back later. I came back a second time and I was palmed off to another guest artist who seemed a lot more enthusiastic about working on my sleeve. We discussed my designs and I was told to come back in a few days. The artist sent through one rough sketch of a small piece of the sleeve I wanted via text, then never replied again despite many attempts to contact him. I came back to the studio once again and he was no longer there and was working back in Idaho. I spoke with the female owner of the business who told me she had no idea what happened to my folder which contained my designs I printed off to base my sleeve off of and my $100 deposit, she said she would contact the guest artist and get back to me straight away. I never heard from her so I came back in and she gave me the folder with my designs I originally brought in and when I asked about my deposit she became very hostile and rude. After arguing with the rude female who had even been told by one of her own staff member show much I had been messed around this whole time I walked out and contacted the guest artist directly. He apologized and offered to pay the $100 which was very professional of him. All I wanted was my money back so I could go else where peacefully, however I got treated rudely and aggressively by the owner and staff. Overall, I have never had such a negative experience with such a rude and unprofessional person. How this lady still has a business I have no idea. I certainly would not recommend this place to anybody and have since gone to another local tattoo place nearby and have been treated fantastically and had designs drawn up within 2 days! Never go to Bombshell tattoo studios unless you want to have your money stolen and then be insulted.

I had an appointment today with Bobbi (sp?) for a vertical hood piercing. I appreciated the care…read morethat she took with cleanliness and making sure that I knew exactly what was going on. I even had to initial on the "intake form" that I saw her use new needle/ receiving tube, and afterwards that the same was disposed of in a Sharps Container. AWESOME! Bobbi made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the process every step of the way. I (not she) made a (rookie) mistake and pulled away as she was pulling the jewelry through, which compromised the position of the piercing. I feel like (as I have experienced in the past) that most would have just put the jewelry through, charged the money, and sent me on my way. Bobbi, instead, chose to inform me that it wasn't perfect and that she would need to do it again. AGAIN, AWESOME! Of course, I wasn't looking forward to getting a needle again, but her care, experienced nature, and meticulousness was very appreciated. I want that kind of piercing to be perfect, and placed as it should be (not just for the aesthetic value) and she wanted that for me as well. From one girl to another, thank you for that! I would recommend this Studio to anyone, and not just for piercing- the tattoo portfolios that I saw were of equal standing with the piercing experience. I look forward to seeing Bobbi again for jewelry changes and future piercings -as well as some tattoo touch ups, and eyebrows! I am so glad to know that there is a quality Studio here in Williston- a place where quantity is usually put before quality- the way of the Bakken! Bombshell sets the bar high for other Studios in the area- and I personally doubt that they can be matched. Thanks again, Bobbi!
