We purchased our tickets weeks in advance. Travel consultant told us that she would have our boarding passes for us the day of (just to call and sort it out). She emailed 1/2 and then disappeared for the afternoon. When we tried tracking and even called their office to get the other passes, and spoke to the owner, he was unwilling to help. Basically told us that we could go find a computer and do it ourselves. So, you can buy their products but don't expect great service. Very disreputable Company. Ordered American Airlines round trip tickets from Pittsburgh to San Diego in Aug. 2018 through Cruise Wave Travel& had to cancel trip due to family emergency. American Airlines authorized a partial refund of $464.14, established a refund ticket number & issued payment via EFT on 4/23/19 but was required to send it to the agency that made the reservation & payment, namely Cruise Wave Travel. I have tried for 2 months to try to find out from them when they are going to issue my refund to me but have only received from them denial that my refund ticket number was valid & that they never received any payment from American Airlines. I have told them that I have documentation that they are lying and have finally been blocked by them of any further phone contact with them. I feel I am not the first nor will be the last that they have worked this scam on. read more

This is one of the worst companies to book with. They make mistakes on your flight information and then don't own up to it. When confronted they tell you it's your fault. They messed up my name and it took them two weeks to tell me if they were going to fix or not. After another week they messed up my cousins name on her ticket and again when confronted they tried blaming us. They were very unprofessional, the owner kept cutting the line.
