While their cookies are good, i was very disappointed in their "gift wrapping". I paid the extra $1 for the gift wrapping which is supposed to have a sticker and a "lovely bow" as their app describes it, but it is literally a joke bc the bow is actually just a black string. I thought maybe the sticker would also be cute but its a black circle with phrases like happy bday/i love etc. I got these cookies to have delivered to someone for their birthday and I wanted it to be somewhat cute and have some birthday present feel to it and it was just a regular cookie box tied with a piece of string which was pointless and a super plain sticker. For as expensive as these cookies are, Crumbl can do a better job for packing, for gift purposes. Even though the gift wrapping was only $1, it was a total rip/off and a waste bc it added no value as it didnt even look like it was a gift sent to them..even if there were balloons or sprinkles printed on the sticker, or if the bow was NOT JUST A PIECE OF BLACK string, i would feel like i got some value. i would even be willing to pay a few more dollars if there were other gift wrapping options but now i want my $1 back lol....like theres no reason to lie on ur website and app and say "it comes wrapped with a sticker and a lovely bow" bc its deceiving as hell. More than being mad about my $1, i am upset that i could've chosen Nothing bundt cakes or some other baked goods place where i could'vr bought something within same pricing as i paid for these cookies, and my recipient would have a much nicer gift to look at and a much more satisfying gift experience. Such an amazing place to grab some cookies. These cookies are huge and handcrafted to perfection. I got a 4 pack box - mint brownie, key lime, chocolate chips and snicker. The cookie size is pretty huge so we (family) decided to break them in quarters and in that way we got to share all the flavors. My personal favorite was the key lime, so so so good. The cookies were just rolling out fresh and the staff on board are just brilliant. Kudos to their dedication and timely service and keeping everyone happy. The packaging is super cute and perfect to gift a special one just like that. read more

This was the best cookies I've ever had! I brought the 4 pack box, birthday cake (taste like confetti cake), dirt cake (good chocolate taste and chewy), Nutella Sea Salt (didn't have a strong flavor of Nutella) and my favorite was the Chilled Sugar (it had an almond flavor, it taste like an almond tart) all the cookies were decorated with the frosting when you order so it wasn't dry up! I really like the texture of these cookies however must say that it's really heavy and rich for me to enjoy it. Even with a fairly significant drive, the cookies I received were warm - fresh out of the oven warm. The peanut butter brownie cookie might be my favorite thing in the world. It's soft, warm, and melts in your mouth. Perfect chocolate to peanut butter ratio. I wasn't expecting there to be peanut butter in the center, and it ties the whole cookie together. So good. Highly recommend (10/10) The chocolate chip cookie is also amazing. Crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. How a chocolate chip Cookie should be. The fruit pizza cookie, which is essentially a frosted sugar cookie with fruit on top: Not overly sweet, and also cooked perfectly. Sugar cookie icing typically is much too sweet, but this stuff balances out well with the cookie portion. I can't wait to try all of their other flavors since they change each week! read more

*UPDATE* went here in person with my teenage cousin. She loved the modern vibe of the place. They have a very small selection and were sold out of 3 ice cream flavors...out of 6. The chocolate chip cookie was the fav all around (we took a box back for family). The vanilla ice cream was pretty great too! Still the general consensus is that TIFF's wins... I received a giant box of assorted cookies from here today. Can't comment on service or COVID procedures, but I did try the cookies. I thought they were okay. They were too doughy for me for the most part. Nothing spectacular. I'd say try a cookie and see if it floats your boat. Personally I love Tiff's the most and no place has come close. read more

Had a terrible time using their website or app to order this morning, the day of their grand opening. The store opened at 8am....I wasn't able to order until almost 11am. However, once the website was running the online ordering process was pretty easy to use. I ordered curbside delivery for later in the day and when I arrived, my cookies were ready with only a short delay. The cookies are a little pricey but amazing! Oh, and they're huge. I'm sure we'll be back. I only wish their delivery extended a little further....I'm only about 5 miles away, but they say they won't deliver to us. read more

I love crumbl cookies. So far everyone location is very welcoming, has excellent service and they try to accommodate any preferences as best they can. The only suggestion I would give to the crumbl corporation is that I wish we had the option of getting the mini cookies instead of the giant ones. Don't get me wrong, I love me a giant cookie but sometimes it's a little too much cookie. I just wish that, because the serving size is only 1/4 of a cookie, it's easy to get carried away. I've had two gross experiences going to this Crumbl cookie location so I'm pretty disappointed. 1st visit I had two separate app curbside orders so I got my first order then told the employee I had one more. I watched her prep my cookie by leaving my car, opening the store door with her gloved hand then using that same pair of gloves to prep the cookie. She used a spatula to place the cookie in the box but then reached into a tub of crushed oreos with the dirty glove to then sprinkle it on my cookie. It was so gross bc I know she contaminated the entire batch with door germs . Second time i had the most delicious toffee chocolate chip cookie I was so excited. Finished about half and when I bit in for another bite there was a piece of parchment paper or paper towel IN the cookie. 2/2 bad experience unfortunately. Unbelievable!! They want you to wait out in the heat. Literally kicked us out and shut the door!! Had the door open so we can get some cool air since it is 100 degrees outside. To boot when we get in Sarah confront us, thumping her chest "is there a problem! We don't have to take your order...." Wow!! Yes there is a problem, have the courtesy and the common decency to stand outside like you ask your patrons to and let them know your are at full capacity!!
