i think im just not a fan of their cookies and that's okay. i am a victim of always trying something here, but then being deeply disappointed. i haven't been able to find a flavor i enjoy, and its mostly because of their cookie consistency and overwhelming sweetness. the cookies can be dense, taste/feel undercooked, or over-baked. it's always these three results for me + the sweetness level my recent order was the limited dubai chocolate cookie... which i was not the target audience for. it was a struggle to finish, the brownie was weirdly hard/dense. there was barely any kataifi/pistachio filling, and the chocolate coating on top made too much (chocolate taste) happen all at once. but the service is always good and quick, no matter if it was in-store or car pick up. can't recommend read more

Go for the cookies, not the service. I've only been to Crumbl once before so I didn't know I was supposed to order on the kiosk and the employees never said a word to me or anyone else in line. The cookies are delicious of course (especially carrot cake and cookies and cream) but it was an unfriendly 15-minute wait to get them. read more

So... I didn't always like Crumbl. My first initial taste was of the original cookie with the pink frosting (which so happens to be one of the flavors this week). It was just way too sweet for me and didn't quite hit the mark. It wasn't until years later when I tried a Chips Ahoy one from one of my friends at a birthday party that I was like... Ooh... that's good! & I'm not even a huge Chips Ahoy fan (unless it's the Chewy)-- I'm an Oreos girl. After that-- every now and then I crave a Crumbl cookie!! Especially their cakes they make, and the minis! Everything mini is just so much more fun and better to eat (well, almost everything). I'm a little sad with my 6-pack today because I didn't realize that one of the choices were wrong. I won't fully put the blame on them because I literally took a photo on their counter after receiving it so I could've caught the mistake there, but I didn't. You'll notice that the pink sugar cookie is in the photo..... that was NOT one of my choices. I wanted one of the Cookies n Cream brownies, which I didn't get. I'd be a little more upset if this flavor wasn't going to be available all month long (since they change flavors weekly). I don't know if I'll actually get around to going again and trying it before the month ends but it's cool that the option is there. What was extra nice about this week though is that a 6-pack was priced at the price of a 4-pack (not that I needed 6). I ordered 6 because I was supposed to be meeting with friends later but-- plans got cancelled! Womp womp womp... so, who wants to eat some cookies/cake with me? LOL Anywho, Crumbl has got their cookies down and their marketing is even better. Those videos on Instagram gets me every time! I'm not a pink girl but their store is nice (and smells delish), their boxes are cute, the gift cards are adorbs, and the staff are always very friendly. My favorite from them thus far? The Biscoff Tres Leches cake... bomb!! You'll catch me there any time that's on the menu. Only bad from these cakes? They don't come in minis... I'd feel less guilty if they did (but then it wouldn't be enough). You can't win! :P Wasn't planning on trying the Pink cookie but maybe I'll give it a second chance later... maybe. read more

You can never go wrong with this place. However, I always think back on how it was in 2020/2021. I swear it tasted a lot different and the cookies were better. I rarely get Crumbl now because of that. They offer more cake style cookies which are cool but not worth the hype for me. I picked up a box of 6 maybe 2 weeks ago and all the cookies were good! First time being inside a Crumbl cookie in late February 2025--I had only had delivery or had other people pick up for me before. Of course I love Crumbl cookies! They are perfect for any gathering. I love sending them to friends. I was picking up 2 cookies for myself and a 4 pack of minis for my nephews. It was easy to order from the 2 large kiosks when you first walk in. I love using these ordering pads because I can take my time to see all the options. My order was ready quickly and the cookies were warm! I did not receive my order until 5:30 When I arrived at the store I went up to the pick up counter waited about 5mins before I was even acknowledged. I then gave the employee my name for the order, she checked the tags and then came back to me and asked if I had clicked I am here, I had not done it so I took out my phone and clicked I am here button on my phone, And still They never called my name. I finally went up to the counter to ask about my order and another employee asked for my name and asked what I ordered. It was my first time trying Crumbl and it was just how I like my cookies baked, soft in the middle and slightly more baked on the edges. I went basic and got one chocolate chip cookie. It was good! There were a ton of chocolate chips, so was super sweet. I definitely couldn't finish in one sitting...Not the worst thing, in my opinion. Always wanted to try this place cause every time people buy it, they grab cookies with chocolate in them. I don't like chocolate lol. Store is super cute, like the design and aesthetic of it. You pretty much just grab and go. You can also order quickly instead of waiting in line if you're paying with card. I went on St. Patrick's so they had the Lucky Charms flavor out. I got one, one of sea salt toffee & two of the sugar gold coins. Very big cookies and really sweet. It was 4$ per cookie which is expensive IMO but I just wanted to try it once. We came here on Valentine's Day evening and it was packed with workers. We ordered the sugar cookie and the chocolate chip cookies. They were warm and fresh out of the oven. I wasn't expecting it to be, but the sugar cookie was my favorite. The white frosting was melted and still piping warm when we ate it. It made the cookie that much better. Two cookies costed $9 so this place is on the pricier side but the cookies are really huge. I think the biggest thing that was annoying that night is that that had run out of all of their ice cream and so we couldn't enjoy our cookies with ice cream.
