I LOVE Crumbl Cookies, but not this location. I order two four packs of cookies for two separate friends. I picked them up, the associate opened the boxes then gave them to me. I should have opened each box, but I did not and left to deliver my treats. I got to my first location and opened one box to find 3 cookies and the second box also only had three cookies. I double checked my order on my app, and I did indeed order two 4 packs of cookies. I called to ask if I could get reimbursed and she said since only two cookies were missing she didn't want to reimburse be for my whole order and I need to come back to the store to get my cookies that they forgot to give me. When I got there and told I am the customer that called she was very rude when I asked if I could be compensated somehow since I drove back to get what I had ordered. She said with a rude tone "you can have a free cookie what do you want?" I said a chocolate chip cookie would be great and said thank you. She boxed it up and didn't hand it to me, she threw it on the counter and turned around to continue decorating cookies. Great cookies, horrible service. Not sure why these guys have bad reviews. We were craving something sweet late on a Friday night. I door dashed and saw they were open for another 20 mins. I was surprised they took our order, but we ended up with 4 super yummy cookies. Each cookie had its own unique flavor. They were super rich and yummy. I can see how these cookies can be addicting lol. Then about a week ago I went in and got some cookies for a friends bday. Staff was very friendly, they even put a Happy Birthday note on the cute pink box. My friend got to try the French toast cookie which she said was amazing. Glad this place is in Georgetown but worried how often I'll be here lol. read more

What's this new cookie place in Wolf Ranch?...I found myself asking this question and had to stop by. Wow! Totally minimalist. Totally delicious. These cookies are fant. Bigger than Tiff's treats and less "doughy". They aren't cheap but they're worth it if you're in the mood to treat yourself. The peanut butter cookie was to die for. I ordered a a birthday gift for a dear friend I put her entire name on there and everything paid $25 and had it delivered to her job. Not only did the driver say he didn't know the name but the order went to the wrong person. I went and asked my friend if she got it and she had No clue. So I called the store only to be met with the most disrespectful and unprofessional manager, store clerk and delivery person. This location is by far the worst location I have ever been to. The staff was so rude and very very disrespectful. I had placed a mobile order and my friend had placed an order when we got there. There was 1 other man who ordered there as well it took no time for them to get them my friends cookies and the man's as well. However they did not have a care in the world to get my order ready. I did push here on my app and usually they make it and just call the name when it's made. They was asked what we were waiting for then I had processed to tell them I have a mobile order and I was just waiting and three girls and and man looked at me like I was stupid. It made me very uncomfortable and very upset. There was a girl with red hair who proceeded to give me and my friends dirty looks. Once I received the cookies i had walked out and gotten in my and the same girl was looking through the window and i could tell she was talking bad about me and my friends with your hand motions and the aggressive eye contact. I then saw her mouth the word bi*** while looking at me. Horrible experience I don't think I will ever be back at this location.Worst service ever read more

If you like chocolate, any cookie that has "brownie" in the name is a must try! The snickerdoodles are very cinnamony and buttery, another favorite of our family. Came here with my family during Memorial Day Weekend, it was a good experience. I really enjoyed the convenience of ordering hassle free on the kiosk, since there was three of us we decided on two cookies each. The cookies are huge it took me awhile to get through mine! Will not be returning. Came in on a Saturday morning to get cookies. I originally wanted mini cookies and was told they only do those during the week. Okay, not a big deal. So then I decided I wanted 2 cookies and was told I couldn't order 2 cookies because they were out of single boxes. My only option was ordering a 4 pack of cookies. When asked if I could just order 2 singles and they be given to me in a 4 pack box I was told no. Um, what? There was zero accommodation for the customer. I understand the customer isn't always right, but this was just silly. Regardless of "policy" it's not the customer's fault the store was out of single boxes. Therefore, it shouldn't be asking a lot to accommodate the customer with a simple request. I recognize this was a small issue, but having worked in food service for most of my early adulthood I also recognize how there was a simple solution to my dilemma that no one tried to solve. Over something so little, I'd hoped there would have been more of an effort to accommodate the customer. I in no way blame the employees for this, they were just doing their job and following the rules but the owner and whatever managers there are have a wide margin for improvement. read more
