Wish I could give 3-1/2 stars. My tween daughter loves this place. It's all the buzz among tweens on social media evidently. Personally I think Crumbl Cookies is a little more about style than substance, but still a cute, fun place to have a mother-daughter outing with your tween if you're into cookies and don't mind the splurge. While I love the business model (reminds me a bit of Georgetown Cupcake in DC), I had to settle on a 3-star review because I wasn't greeted (though it was a little busy) and had to figure out on my own how to order on the wall computer because it was my first time there. A warm greeting would add a nice touch. Otherwise the service was fine; once we figured out how to order, our order was ready in under 10 minutes. In terms of the flavors of the week when I visited, the chocolate chip cookie is AMAZING (I almost added a star just for that cookie!) On the other hand, while I think the sugar cookie with the Pink Cadillac looks super cute, but the taste is pretty underwhelming particularly for the price. read more

I had to go see what all the buzz was about on these cookies. They don't have too many flavors, but also have flavors of the day to choose from. Even though they have a sample of each cookie on the counter, I really wasn't prepared for how massive they were until I got them home and had one in my hand. Seriously, if you can eat an entire cookie in one sitting my hats off to you! Huge! Flavor wise they're good, but really overly sweet, especially the pecan pie cookie. It'll make your eyes spin and the dulce le leche isn't far behind. Momma Mia! They have quite a presentation when they hand over the cookies too between the box itself and then opening it for you to make sure you're getting what you ordered. I had to try all 4 of them the week that I got my first box, so I ended up getting the Peanut Butter & Jelly, Salted Caramel Cheesecake, Nutella Sea Salt, and Dark Dream. It's also the start of a new week which means new flavors. This weeks flavors are: Peanut butter and Jelly Salted Caramel Cheesecake Nutella Sea Salt Dark Dream We got a 4 pack and chose peanut butter and jelly, salted caramel cheesecake, Nutella sea salt and chocolate chip. The salted caramel cheesecake is amazing and that was just a little nibble. It is probably a good thing we live an hour and a half from the nearest one. lol For anyone local and who may frequent both, the rewards program is NOT "global" and the pints earned are only valid at that current location. I visited Cary to visit my mother for her birthday. As we were driving through one of the local strip malls, my eyes caught this cookie joint. Now even though I'm not the biggest dessert guy, I'm always down for a good cookie when it's done right. They only have 6 flavors at a time, always chocolate chip and frosted sugar. One of the flavors they did have was snicker doodle and since I am not a chocolate eater, it kind of limits my options. I did consider their orange roll cookie, but I just felt I had to go with the cinnamon. They put each cookie in an individual box, I also got a chocolate chip for mom, and it was nearly 8 bucks for the two cookies. I heated the cookie up for about 20 seconds and made sure to have ample amounts of cold milk handy. As I took my first bite, I could definitely taste the richness of the butter contrasting the sweetness of the sugar and the punch of cinnamon. The cookie was so soft that it basically fell apart in my hands. I still can't call it the best cookie I have ever had in my life, that would be Caroles in Chicago. And 6 flavors is a low amount and the prices are high, but what they do, they do very well. read more

Everytime I go to gamestop right next door to this place, I see customers in and out all the time. Finally during my latest visit to gamestop, decided to give this place a shot. Ordered the 4 pack box for about 12 bucks after tax. It costs 4 bucks for a single cookie so I wanted to get the 6 pack box for 15 bucks which seemed the most cost effective. However, on their menu and their ordering system it was marked as sold out. In my head I was thinking how is that possible - they got tons of cookies laying around. I guess the 6 pack boxes themselves ran out? They could have just placed the 4 cookies in one 4 pack box and the other 2 in another 4 pack box - I wouldn't have minded lol. In any case, marketing scheme or not, I had to settle for that 4 pack set. You can see from the pictures the flavors I chose. All of them were pretty tasty and very soft and chewy. The name of the store is actually very fitting as the cookies would literally start crumbling away at the softest touch when it touches your mouth and the crumbs fall down all over the place. The cookies are gigantic and with their unique flavors I can see why they charge 4 bucks for one. Overall, good to try out if you're a cookie lover. Get the 6 pack box if you can as that's the most bang for your buck and you can try more flavors. read more

They weren't the friendliest people inside. When I asked if I could tip in cash, it was awkward and unappreciated response. But anyway, cookies also take a bit to come out. They do come out fresh and warm though, so that's why! I wasn't too much of a fan to be honest but that's my minority bias as I have always HATED those kind of cookies that aren't fully baked and are gooey in the center. Not a fan. But I know most people are. My boyfriend LOVED all their cookies. Said they are the best. I will say though, the cosmic brownie cookie was amazing. I'm a sucker for brownies.
