I straight up photoshopped my house colors on and they helped me achieve my vision. From the consultation - Evan and Travis gave me a lot of their time, answered all my questions, and didn't make me feel rushed. I felt super heard and like they were there to help me understand! I chose a paint and remodel company because I have a 1930s craftsman home and wanted its beauty and character preserved and enhanced - I knew a regular paint company wouldn't accomplish that. Then came the actual painting. I think I had them try like 10 different swatches and I changed my mind half a dozen times up until the last minute. The crews (led by Jeromy, Richard, and Jason) were all incredibly patient, warm, and friendly. Even when I panicked over my bold choices halfway through the painting, they were calm and easygoing (while still doing diligent and quality work). The guys on the crews were painters and carpenters capable of repairs and rebuilding my wooden porch railing. I will honestly miss seeing the guys around because everyone was so nice! It feels like I have a brand new house and I am so in love! The neighbors have been oohing and aahing as well. Lenny came over right away, scoped the property out, and gave me a competitive bid. He was easy to talk to, friendly and forthcoming with details. The whole job took Lenny, David and Gustavo about 4 days, including pressure washing, trim removal & replacement, taping off, detail work and cleanup. The results were entirely satisfactory. I hired him to refinish my existing Hardwood floor and I deeply regret it. Not only does my floor look terrible, he stole my wooden floor vent covers. After 4 weeks of trying to get my vents back I finally filed a criminal complaint with the local police. I also filed a complaint with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) and found that as of 12/18/16 Arnold Carroll is running his business on a suspended license.
