Classic boulevardier
Bill Z.

CRUSH manages to find the right blend of old and new, upscale versus cozy, not to mention the products they serve - It's much, much, more than wine, which we appreciated. I really liked the electronic menu on the tablet in terms of quick navigation to all the featured products. My one complaint is that I would have liked more information on each of the wines they served. For example, if you could tap on each wine by name and get a brief description that would have helped me. Instead, I opted for one of their many classic cocktails, in this case my traditional go-to first cocktail, a boulevardier, made very well. For an extra $2, they will smoke any drink, and the presentation is as good as the enhanced taste, if not better. I also found the cocktail prices to be quite reasonable. They have a couple of limitations when it comes to payment. We wanted to combine some cash with a credit payment, which they could not do, but we were able to resolve that among our group without problems.

Celebrated my birthday at CRUSH Wine Bar. Perfect experience. The Tapas were so tasty along with the beverages. Atmosphere was so relaxing. Chef Branden surprised me with an incredible dessert to top off the evening. Thank you CRUSH, Chef Branden & staff!!!

This wine bar provided a great experience. There is an actual bar area, but most of the restaurant is set up like a living room in a good sized suburban house. So you sit at chairs or loveseats around a coffee table. Food is excellent. Tapas style, but the dishes are on the larger size for that. Check out the garlic roasted shrimp. Perfectly sauteed in olive oil with a nice smoky paprika dusted on. The garlic is there, but no overpowering. Paired with freshly baked baguette. If you love duck, the pulled confit with blackberry gastrique is def worth a try. Crispy duck with slightly sweet and tart blackberry and red wine gastrique is amazing. Wine and drinks list is solid. Service was top notch. My only gripe is use an app for reservations please. Having to phone call when someone is there is a hassle.

Great service and atmosphere! Make sure you get the lounge couches for apps and drinks.

This is amazing. Complete speakeasy house lounge with the furniture and decor to take you on a trip back into time! The owners placed their personal touches throughout every inch of the property. The restrooms, sitting area, the bar, drinks, entrees, desserts... all personally selected with their clientele in mind. + Swing, house, blues... + Subtle lighting + Extensive menu .. eats, drinks, desserts.... Galore..... + Wines, beers, liquor.....galore + Service.... 5 stars... +Clean restrooms + Toiletries in restrooms.. nice touch You can find all the other menu items that you would need to bar or restaurant hop in one place. The place to get away hidden in plain sight. You will not regret...

My wife and I had a long needed time off from parenting and to rejuvenate the soul. We were in the mood for a wine bar to relax on our last day "off" and just enjoy each other's company, this place was was amazing!! If I could give it a 5+ I would in a second. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect. Slightly dimmer lighting, fantastic seating options, second to none service and tapas we so missed from one of our favorites in Harrisburg PA. We have been looking for a new go-to night out place in the area since the departure of One Block West, this is it. I can't even begin to describe the overall experience, just go and enjoy.

One of the most enjoyable evenings, with some of the best food I can remember eating in a long time. Shane was our waiter and there was not a moment we were there that he wasn't watching and making certain we didn't want for anything. Very comfortable seating and a large selection of wine and spirits. Had the almond cream dessert cake to finish along with a bourbon coffee. Extremely delicious and delightful. The presentation of everything served was unique and out of bounds for the Winchester area. Crush is are new favorite place to patronize Reservations are recommended

Fantastic wine selection! Tracy, who is the owner of the place is so fantastic and just real personal with the customers. These guys "get" it! Quiet, background jazz and no TVs with baseball on. Just concentrate on the wines and the food. Take the girl there any night. From Toronto...I'll be back!

Duck, Fig, and Sweet Onion Jam flatbread

Only open for four months, but Tracy and her husband are "crushing" it! The interior is luxe and stately, the tapas menu is gourmet, and the wine list a foray into some international delights. We had five wine flights and our favorite was the Big Reds flight. We even bought the Spanish Rojia to take home. For tapas we had the Duck, Fig, and Sweet Onion Jam flatbread, Hummus, Warm Brie, Patatas Bravas, and Duo of Roasted Bone Marrow, which is a "bucket list" item for me. These were by far the most gourmet tapas I have ever had. I really just can not say enough about this place: the service, the ambiance, the selection, and the quality all merged into the pinnacle of the wine bar experience. The Crush is a must-experience place in Winchester!

Our experience at CRUSH was amazing! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed. We were fortunate to be served by Marshall who is very knowledgeable. We stopped here on our way to TN and we will stop again on our way home.

Theres seating at the bar and a couple tables. We sat at the bar and were greeted quickly. We ordered a few drinks and the bartender was very nice to talk to. She is very passionate about the art of drink making and shared her tips and tricks. She makes a great espresso martini but would probably make you anything you asked for and would enjoy the chance to be creative. We ordered a brie platter which was decent. It was what we were looking for (not a heavy meal). They have wine for sale in the back, as well as assorted ciders, seltzers, and beers. A bit pricey in my opinion for certain items, but that's okay! They have coffee and t shirts for sale too. Dogs are allowed here and the locals seem to know each other and the bartenders know their names too. Very nice and homey to go somewhere that everyone knows each other!! Would recommend this place to anyone.

Well it all worked out how it was supposed to because the food, ambiance, and service were great here! Water carafes were provided to the table & we ordered several drinks. All of the cocktails were beautiful, colorful and had curated understated garnishes. I enjoyed the jalapeño lime fizz, one of the non-intoxicants. Food took a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait. The red pepper pesto with linguine was creamy and rich and topped with fresh Parmesan. I only wish I'd had a piece of bread to sop up the sauce at the end! I'd be interested in trying their brunch and lunch options if I'm in the area again. Our server, Tom, was attentive. The bathrooms are clean and nicely warm thanks to a heater. We all had a great time.

We made reservations since we were a group of 6 including 2 infants, and these were warranted as the restaurant progressively filled up as we got closer to peak brunch hours. We were offered a large booth, which was appreciated as we needed space for the babies. The food here tasted quite good. My wife ordered the Pork Belly Benedict, which offered tender-crisp, thick slices of braised pork belly atop soft, buttery focaccia and coated with well poached eggs and creamy hollandaise. We both highly enjoyed my Broadlands Breakfast Sandwich, a clever take on a standard bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich swapping crispy, perfectly sweet French toast for standard bread. The breakfast potatoes served alongside were crispy on the outside with fluffy interiors and good seasoning. Our friends enjoyed their sandwiches as well. As the name alludes, the drink program is strong and offers something for everyone. In addition to wine and whisky, a solid selection of both cocktails and draft beers are available. Prices for both food and drinks were quite reasonable given the quality of what we received. I do dock a star for just so-so service. Our waitress was a bit MIA during the first part of our meal when we were trying to order, and then kept checking in on us every 5 minutes once our food arrived. We also had to remind her a few times to get a high chair for our little one. Fortunately, the food and drinks all arrived accurately and within a timely manner once ordered. Service woes aside, the creative fare satisfied our taste buds and we look forward to returning soon for to sample more of the brunch menu and libations.
