Update 1/9/2026 After the first bad experience where I did not receive food, I thought I'd give them another try after they've been in business awhile. I ordered the pizza on the Local by Toast app. That went smoothly. Pickup seemed a little disorganized when I got there for my pizza. Received my pizza on time and took it home - a 14" Big Don's. (Sort of a meat lovers pizza) I didn't care for the flavor at all and pizza looked haphazardly made - see photo. I tried to take a bite and all the ingredients just slid off the crust and plopped on the plate. Firo's Pizza down the street is much better. There won't be a third attempt at dining here. Original Review: I tried to order a 14" pepperoni pizza. I joined the rewards club at the same time. There was a Pepperoni Pizza special. When I added it to the cart, the cost was $0.00 and it let me go through the whole checkout and order the pizza without paying anything. I ordered it for the new Georgetown, TX location. Upon confirmation of the order, the app said Lake Charles, which I'm assuming is the city in Louisiana! I called the Georgetown store and they had my order but they said the free pizza was part of a buy a premium pizza and get the pepperoni pizza for free. It never said that on the Toast app. I was told for the idea to go through, they would cancel the order and start over and the pizza would be $17.00. I said "Forget it. Cancel the order." I then ordered a pizza from Firo Pizza and it was delicious. Crust prices are too high and the app doesn't work. There was no apology or offer of any discount to compensate for the trouble and encourage a new customer. So, I guess the new store doesn't want new customers. read more

Worst Pizza ever terrible crust tasted like it was frozen. Cheese was lame and the Caesar salad came with the Caesar dressing on the side. Bitter lettuce we left the pizza there never going back right after we left there. We went to Nick's and had a slice. This is a nice, new, pizza / sub / salad / pasta place that's part of a chain. It has a dining room with about 15 tables and some booths, small but comfortable with a kind of slightly upscale industrial aesthetic with Edison lightbulbs, warm wood, clean tiles, and LED trim. I tried the 10" Potato Head Pizza which is kind of unique with rosemary potatoes and bacon for toppings, and it was very nice! It's fun having something new and unusual and the pizza itself was enjoyable. I think next time I'd get a Build Your Own pizza since they have lots of great sounding toppings to choose from including kalamata olives, sun dried cranberries, and all kinds of other things you can be inventive with. And the 10" pizza is more than enough for one person and maybe enough for two. The service was surprisingly quick and they brought pizza to our table and came back a few times to check on us and bring to go boxes, so everyone was attentive and friendly. read more

First time trying Georgetown's newest pizza place. I went in with a group of 9 women, and they easily accomodated us by turning a few tables end to end. We ordered separately at the counter, so no need to split the bill. We all ordered the lunch special which is a great deal for $12 & includes a drink! My choices were the 7" two topping pizza & a meatball sub. I had them wrap the sub to go. The manager came out and said hi, and we were all pleased with our meals. My only concern is that the items for each order didn't come out together. Several ladies got their pizza first, and the salad much later. I'm sure a few small timing tweaks can fix it! read more

We wanted to try out a new pizza place nearby instead of usual 600 degrees, so we gave Crust Pizza a chance, and we highly wish we didn't. The pizza was a large for $20, and was one of the smallest large pizzas ever. That's a ridiculous price for double pepperoni and for the size. It was extra crispy and over done. Then the chicken bbq wings were under done and had lots of pink inside. Had to throw them in the oven a bit longer at home to cook. Pizza needed to be less cooked and wings needed to be more cooked. For $36 to be left not wanting to eat what you bought is sad and highly disappointing. Too much money for poor quality, taste, and size. I'm so disappointed I want my money back read more

Well. I hate to say it but... This is just another glorified conveyor belt pizza place similar to all of the other conveyor belt pizza places that you've been to. I find it Ironic that the place is named crust when the crust is actually the worst part of the pizza. The wings were about a B. It's pizza and the place is clean, and the people are nice, so if you're not as picky as I am about your pizza this might not be a bad choice for you. The prices are also fairly reasonable and they do have alcohol. A complete disaster from start to finish. I placed a $122 order and my wife drove 20 minutes to pick it up. When she arrived, someone else had already taken our food. Not her fault. Not our fault. But Crust did absolutely NOTHING to help us. Their response? "We'll remake it." Great. Another 35-minute wait. So what was supposed to be a quick pickup turned into: 20 minutes there + 35 minutes waiting + 20 minutes back = over an hour and a half of our time wasted. Here's the real problem--no one at this restaurant checked on a $122 order. There's no verification system. No confirmation. No accountability. They just let it sit there until someone else walked out with it. I get it--mistakes happen. But the complete lack of effort to make it right is inexcusable. No discount. No apology. No compensation. Just "wait another 35 minutes." That's not service. That's negligence. Don't waste your time or money here. There are plenty of better options that actually care about their customers. Ordered online for curbside pickup. Got to store less than minutes after the time they said the order would be ready. Was then informed they weren't doing curbside and I would need to come into the store... which wasn't possible. They then asked what I ordered, repeated order. Was then told 10 minutes. At exactly ten minutes they brought it out. Got home (less than 5 minutes) and pizza was cold. Staff, including manager, was very rude. Not only was pizza cold or was the wrist pizza I've ever had.. Came in to a relatively empty restaurant. We were not greeted by cashier who was sitting at a table and seemed inconvenienced to get up and take our order. We ordered 2 kids pizzas and 2 personal size pizzas. Wait was over an hour long. Once pizza was ready, the order set on the counter for 5 minutes while same cashier sat in a table. No explanation as to why the wait was so long. However one employee walked by and gave us a 15% off next visit. Would not be back. read more

This was our second time to order pizza from Crust after having a terrific pizza experience the first time. In fact, we gave five stars on Google. This time, we ordered Crust's July 4th special of two large pizzas with one topping for $17.76. Pizzas were so bad we tossed them. It was like pizza from Dominos or Gatti's. The difference between our first pizza and this time was like daylight and dark. I don't know if it was the holiday or ingredients were different because of pricing or what. Very disappointing. We were excited about a new (and hopefully good) pizza place near Sun City in Georgetown. Tried it out yesterday. Ordered online for 4 people (that part was very easy): 3 pizzas (two personal, one large), and 3 Greek salads (I skipped having a salad). I went and picked up the food 20 minutes later, and the food was ready when I got there. The employee I interacted with was courteous. So far so good. But the food itself was very disappointing. No one ate much of their salads. My wife said it was quite possibly the worst salad she'd ever had and tasted like the chicken was spoiled. The pizzas were underwhelming--very generic. The pepperoni and pineapple pizza had 5 little pieces of pineapple on it. And not much pepperoni either. The sauce was thinly applied. Crust was similar to what you'd get on a frozen pizza--not thin and crispy or thick and chewy, just meh. The unanimous opinion amongst the four of us was that the salads were terrible and the pizzas were bland. Certainly not worth the $90.00 we paid. Honestly, Dominos is better (and I don't like Dominos all that much). For that matter, a frozen pizza and prepackaged salad from HEB or Sprouts would be cheaper, tastier, and have more and better ingredients. We picked up 2 pizza's tonight from Crust in Georgtown. 1 Carl's King & 1 Big Buffalo chicken. Omg ~ the fresh quality ingredients & generous amount of toppings makes this pizza stand out from all others. 1 pizza would be more than enough for 2 people, But now we have leftovers . AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. We walk in at 8:15pm to get a couple pizzas and go... the first thing we see is the closing staff finishing up mopping with all of the chairs up, although they close at 9pm. We get told immediately by a 4'11 gamer kid with shaggy hair and glasses, "we close in 45 minutes..." and my family and I all look at each other awkwardly and quickly decided that the best response was "no worries we will be quick" then the kid rolled his eyes and looked at his cook (40year old Hispanic male) spoke to him about it then walked over, rolled his eyes once more &scoffed as he turned back on his register. We apparently were highly inconveniencing people who are at work yet don't want to do as they get paid, so we made an exit telling them that we won't inconvenience them further. We stood outside to get a game plan for our next spot to eat and I watched as they laughed and made jokes at us from inside. We've come here MANY times and really liked this place. Sad to let it go.
