Something to be aware of at Custom Glass. Apparently there is some verbiage about how the glass…read morewill be loaded and you have to pay extra if you want it done right. I asked the kid to tell me what to do. He did not say, "do you have anything to protect your car upholstery?" He said I'll put it in the back seat, don't hit any bumps. It was two fixed pains and they sliced up the upholstery right off. Also they took my order for tempered glass, and then ordered annealed glass. It broke in transport so they had to redo the order. It's not made in house. I guess I miss Elmer's glass. They had 100% customer service. I should say the glass itself turned out fine. The experience was lacking in professionalism.
