I know it's a bit awkward to review a funeral home, but the Ridgeway group was fast, efficient,…read moreprofessional, and kind when helping set up my mother-in-law's funeral. They were able to schedule the visitation and service when we wanted, even had a record of my father-in-law's funeral, so we were able to do similar things with hers. At the actual burial, they had set up a tent to shield us from the weather, laid fake grass mats so we could walk without getting muddy or slipping, and then even had blankets for the women in the group who wore skirts/dresses and were cold, which was very much appreciated with my southern blood that can't handle the cold. Ideally, I would love to not visit again (because that would mean someone else had passed), but do know we are in good hands!

I've never met more caring people who would go out of their way and stay late at work for a complete stranger. I was able to get that one last goodbye with my mom. I wasn't going to ask to see her but something told me that I needed to and I'm so glad I did. A little weight was lifted from my heart after getting to see her; she looked so peaceful and finally at rest. I'm so glad Neal and Shane were able to give that to me. They both went above and beyond with their love and compassion for my mom, as well as being able to show me love and compassion in my darkest hours. It's a treasure to meet people like them and I'll forever cherish both of them! I cannot thank them enough!
