They do go out of stock sometimes on popular products but this is to be expected. Having used this company for more years than I care to remember, I had a small issue with some…read morefaulty lamps, the manufacturer said they were clearly faulty and should be replaced by the supplier who were CPC, they said they could not replace them as they had non left, but then refused to give a full refund so could buy some elsewhere. I have to say the way this was dealt with was disgraceful given the size of the company. They refused to give the name of the MD and left no option but to issue court proceedings. Best to keep away from using this company, they are also very overpriced but have a good range. always check the price on-line, you will always find cheaper suppliers.
