The reason I was told was that there's more of a demand for that particular size, yet when I look around their facility there's several of that size that remain unrented. Also, most of the time the security gate isn't functioning properly and remains open 24/7. We're paying a premium for a secured storage facility but that's not what we're getting. I finally moved out because of the continual rent increases and the facility not being secured.
