Unbelievable that a wealthy company like Farmer's can't afford to pay an actual claims adjuster, but nonetheless the insurance rep refused to move forward with my claim until servepro could write the estimate. I'm sorry we had to meet on such unpleasant terms; farmer's will be too when they get my bill. Iol
