Waterworks Pressure Cleaning submitted a proposal to pressure wash my house, including the…read morechemicals to be used during project. During a telephone call to discuss the proposal, I expressed concerns about possible chemical damage to my landscape trees and shrubs. I was informed the chemicals would not hurt my plants and, as a precaution, the plants would be sprayed down with water before and after the pressure wash. Also, I reminded the service technicians before they began the project to protect my shrubs and trees. A few days after the project the leaves on my Japanese Maple began to shrivel and fall off. Also, the leaves on another plant turned yellow and fell off. In addition, some of my windows were left covered with an unsightly film, which I must now pay to have re-cleaned. I have sent two emails to the operations manager since the project was completed. I have not received any response from anyone at Waterworks Pressure Cleaning. In addition to the damaged plants and dirty windows, the technicians were scheduled to arrive between 10am-2pm. They arrived closer to 4pm. Although the actual house wash made the house look new again, because of the collateral damage to my plants and the lack of response from Waterworks Pressure Cleaning, I will not use them again.
