She cuts you off mid-sentence and talks over you. She gaslights you. She doesn't understand basic pool chemistry. She tried to tell me that Alkalinity does not affect algae growth after I asked her if the pool tech that cleaned our pool supposedly did a chemical test (which she claims were all in range). However she mentioned that he only tested pH and Cyanuric Acid. My wife worked in the pool industry for years, my best friend owns a pool company and cleans pools himself everyday. I also maintained our pool for 3 years. We were forced to hire pool maintenance due to being out of town. Boy, do I regret calling these folks up. I NEVER had my pool turn green within a week if the chemicals were balanced. That is even with heavy leaf fall during autumn and the hottest days of summer. NEVER! If her customers pools are turning green within a week after this service, she should not be in business. Save your money, go somewhere else.
