They are just a receptionist with zero knowledge about what is possible or practical. 2 - do not work directly with the servicing technician on parts. they don't know how to work with the "front office" to make sure the correct part is ordered...and they don't provide any updates on status of orders. (not my job, was the essence of the explanation) They might be good at cleaning out clogged drains, but I wouldn't trust them to do that right either. Use them at your peril. You've been warned.
