First of all, I think there's a lot of room for improvement with this company however they are such a large company and their main offices in Texas but most of the finances run through. It makes a very inconvenient for the local customers. We are starting to see some progress in the improvement of how the daily operations are handled. The shinning star in the operation is our cam Ashley Marriott, as a new president on the board I am so happy she is there whenever I need her. I have be able to reach out to her whenever I have a question or concern about issues in the community. She has never in the five months we have worked together refused to answer my calls or texts, even nights and weekends. Her responsiveness even on her vacation was amazing. If the rest of the employees cared as much about the communities they handle the company would be unbeatable. I hope upper management realizes what an asset they have in her. read more
