Each time Kim's cleaning team comes to our home, it's always a pleasure. They are very friendly, polite, professional and especially flexible and cooperative working around who is working and schooling from home. When they are finished, it's a huge weight off of my shoulders that the house is clean and smells so good. It sparkles! Kim always makes it so easy to schedule the cleaning and the team is so quiet - you don't even know they are here. I LOVE having them come every two weeks. The house stays cleaner all month long! I'm super excited to see them next week, especially with all the Christmas stuff put away. If I had to clean on top of that, I would be in traction from back pain. Communication with this cleaning service was excellent. The list of items to be cleaned for a move out at our investment property seemed very thorough. However, since I was home sick, my husband checked their work once completed. He wasn't satisfied with a few things and thought they weren't as thorough as you could have been. The kitchen floor was still dirty in front of the kitchen door and all he did was take a wet paper towel and clean it up. They did mention the kitchen floor being a laminate was difficult it is to clean, but on the other hand, clean water without a chemical and a paper towel did the job. Same thing with the kitchen counter - there was sticky residue from an adhesive countertop paper the tenant had used and my husband had to clean it off the edges. Crystal Klear did get the top stickiness off but didn't it go around to the edge to remove it. My husband cleaned that as well. Also splattered paint that was on the baseboards and also the toilet from the painter weren't addressed, and my husband just picked off the drips with his fingernail to clean it away. One more thing, there was a label on the tank part of a toilet that wasn't removed and just left there. Although specifically not mentioned in my directives, I would think that they would take that off when they cleaned. When I received an email asking how they did, I replied with everything above and I never received a response in return. Very disappointing that the communication was excellent before the job, but when I pointed out things after they were done, dead silence. I don't think I would use them again. Although our investment properties in Oswego are on the older side, I still expect attention to detail with a cleaning service to get the place ready for a new tenant. read more

I had a bi-weekly cleaning service with this company, which was just okay. The cost was affordable for what they offered, and while the overall cleaning was fine, I wasn't a fan of the rotating staff coming through my home occasionally. However, my experience with their move-out clean was extremely disappointing. The move-out clean was scheduled for a Friday, coinciding with my last bi-weekly service. The owner called to change the date due to overstaffing, which was frustrating since this wasn't an extra service but part of an ongoing plan. Despite my reservations, I agreed to move it to the following Monday, as I needed the house cleaned before closing on Wednesday. When I visited the house five hours into the clean on Monday, I noticed that cabinets hadn't been cleaned out, and the floors weren't done either. The house was empty, so I'm unsure what took up five hours of cleaning. Before leaving that evening, the cleaner assured me the cabinets would be addressed. Yet, when I returned the next day for a final inspection before the buyers' walkthrough, I found most cabinets in the kitchen hadn't been touched. They weren't wiped down, and it was clear that attention to detail was lacking. I called Kimberly to express my concerns, and she acknowledged the mistakes, offering to send the cleaners back to fix the issues. However, by that point, I had lost trust in their ability to do the job properly. Even if they returned, I would have had to go back to inspect their work again, which I simply didn't have time for with the move-in to my new home looming. Instead of preparing for my own move, I found myself cleaning up after the cleaners. If this had happened on the originally scheduled Friday, I might have had more time and patience to allow them to correct their work. But I was out of time and energy. Kimberly did remove the cabinet cleaning charge, but I still paid around $300 for a service that I ended up finishing myself. Additionally, windows were not cleaned, which I later found out wasn't part of the move-out clean, but it added to the frustration. Overall, I do not recommend this service for a move-out clean if you're looking to avoid added stress during an already hectic time. The lack of attention to detail and the last-minute rescheduling made this experience far more stressful than it needed to be. read more
