Both my husband and myself rang repeatedly to which the excuses were 'they needed to sort the scaffolding out', 'we need to sort the VAT out', 'we will be 20 minutes'. Waited over 3 hours for a no show Messaged him to say we want our money back as he has not done the work as agreed or even shown up for that matter! Blocked both my husband and myself so we cannot contact him further. Will be going to Trading Standards. Their work is appalling, they will leave your property in an absolute state with unfinished, incomplete and defective work. You will have to pay again to get competent people to do it properly. Beware that in my case thousands of pounds has been stolen by deception. I would give them minus 20 stars if that was possible. Avoid, avoid avoid.
