The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have tried to have my dispenser repaired and returned for over a month now. Every week comes and goes, and no one shows up. but you still continue to bill me. Every week we call back and someone apologizes and promises to have someone out next week. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be sure to share with all my friends, families, colleagues, and local businesses how bad my experience has been. I am currently waiting on hold to do it all over again. I will NOT pay my bill and will start charging a storage fee every day that goes on that is not picked up. My husband has been trying since early February to get his order delivered of the dispenser and water water botter. Every time it is to be delivered there is a different reason why they can't deliver. They were waiting for the dispenser for the last four weeks and now they don't have enough water in stock! I have been a customer for 3 years . The first year everything went fine. Last year they missed a few deliveries. The worst part is they don't call and say they can't make a delivery. Last month I ordered 6 five gallon bottles of one spring water and 7 of another,just in case they were out of one . They sent a recorded message to say put my empty bottles out . The next day no call no one showed up. I called to cancel my service they said they would come pick them in a month. Well that day came no one called no one showed up . I called again they said they would be out again in 4 days. That was yesterday again no call no pick up. I called today they said they will be here today. I will see if they make it . We have been customers for 4 years and every time I need the jugs picked up I have to call to get them picked up, when they should be delivering water every 2 weeks to a month. They sent an email saying they would be out on a day we were not going to be home so I sent an email to reschedule and the next day I could not get back into the system. Delivery was to be 5 days ago so I started calling and today finally reached 2nd tier who informed me they closed my account because they don't deliver to my area. ZERO RATING! My company has been a customer of Crystal Springs for 20 years, as of this year the company has gone completely down hill. We constantly have to call for delivery as our normal delivery date keeps getting rescheduled. We are now 2.5 months without water so I finally cancelled our service. It has been almost 1 month since cancelling and they still have not picked up the cooler or empty jugs, they keep rescheduling the pickup date. I call weekly and am told the same thing everytime "we will escalate this and a branch manager will call you" I have not received 1 phone call or email about our issue. Crystal Springs does not care about their customers! Do yourself a favor and purchase a water cooler to save cost on rentals fees and use a company that has nothing to do with Primo water or Crystal Springs. read more

We were scheduled for a water delivery last Wednesday, 9-NOV-2022. After multiple emails (that went nowhere) and three phone calls, we still do NOT have our water. Our account is paid in full. We are part of a national account under Providence, but their customer service is lacking big time. I was told they were short-handed. Funny thing was, when I left work last Wednesday, their truck was parked outside of the building. I called them three times today and they promised that we'd get our delivery. I was even told that they had texted the driver to please contact me to give me an ETA on when he might arrive. It's 4:18pm and still no water in either of our locations. I would also give zero stars if possible. We have a summer home on Newman Lake and use this company for water delivery. Our water delivery is bumped on the scheduled delivery date every. single. time. Sometimes for multiple days. Our house is down on the water from the road and have asked them to note to the drivers to bring the water gallons down to the deck and without fail, they are left on the road every time. When you call the 800 number, they can send out text messages to drivers to call our number for ETA updates as they've missed our delivery from the previous day(s) and we are never contacted. A woman named Christina is the region manager for us but there is no way to get a hold of her through the 800 number representatives (who are in Florida). Had a delivery date that got missed, when I called they used the weather for a excuse, funny this is UPS dint have a weather issue, then they indicated my next delivery would be 4 weeks later, that's 8 weeks without a delivery, and yet I am being charged for a water cooler i can't use, there customer service is not helpful. I had service with them I was on the Costco plan Well apparently I was sent to collections for $32.94 with out me even knowing I had the balance and then $200.54 for the machine. I found out about these charges when I got a letter from Collection Bureau of America. I have been battling this since September 1, 2021. The driver picked up the equipment on 9/15/2021 I have and confirmed it on a note he wrote. I have to call the rude customer service and they are saying it has not been received. ..... I wholeheartedly agree with all the negative reviews. Terrible company. I also live in Newman Lake and they NEVER deliver on time. Weather is an excuse as if we life in a remote area. UPS and FedEx have zero issues getting here. Today I called because after multiple emails and text messages saying water delivery is "today" - the 800 number told me the last time the missed because "they ran out of time that day" ... 5he time before that was weather. What?!? This somehow our fault?? It was indicated there is no way for them to deliver the water any sooner. Meanwhile it's been weeks since we were supposed to get water. Also, love the responses on here to email them directly as if they are trying to save face and maintain some sort of a fragment of reputation. You cannot contact them directly to complain. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, truly. They missed the majority of my deliveries. They missed followup deliveries that were rescheduled. They hung up the phone when I called to discuss the missed deliveries. The drivers are normally very good. However, their customer service reps are horrible. They never seem to know what they are doing and then they try to "sell" their way out of their ignorance. I moved from Seattle to Eastern Washington and it seems like they may have lied about servicing my area. All I did was move and they want to know what type of service I need, what type of water I want...etc. They should have all that information in their system. I signed up through Costco and for the first year everything seemed okay, and then the prices started going up...but the real problem started with the billing. I signed up for auto pay and one payment was declined after two years of service. I was not notified by either my bank or Crystal Springs, but five days later they cut my scheduled service. Would give it ZERO stars if I could! Signed up with Costco in Coeur d' Alene. Gave me a start date, no show. Next day, still no show. Contacted company- apparently they go by several names DC Water, Alhambra, Primo Water of North America, Premier, and Crystal Springs- found out that they cancelled my order because the representative (that also ASSURED me that they deliver to Hayden) that filled out the paperwork (that he supposedly COPIED from another form that I filled out) and put that I lived is Washington- NOT Idaho! (city and zip he put on form was from Idaho!) They did not bother to call me (they had my number!), but simply cancelled my delivery/order without contact- so I sat around waiting for 2 days for my delivery. Sat on hold for almost an hour- transferred to a second person and he transferred me to another person...Christina (very nice) I thought things were rolling and she re-opened my account. I requested that she have a supervisor call me- she said they would call within 24 hours. I got a call shortly thereafter from a telemarketer # so I did not answer- a "supervisor" David had left a message- did not leave a last name and only the company general number. I attempted to call and was told that they do not have a "David" as a supervisor. The person asked what his last name was and what number he left- I told her he did not have the common courtesy of leaving his last name or a direct line. She put me on hold and was supposedly putting me in touch with another supervisor...sat on the phone for over an hour, then hug up and contacted the first number I had called. Bethany said, "Oh, they've cancelled your account- we don't deliver to your area. They left a message letting you know that" I read the transcribed message that David left and NO WHERE did he say they were canceling my account because they don't deliver in my area. She apologized and said, "Well, these are the notes he left, that they contacted you and told you" WELL, THAT'S A FABRICATION! Her excuse was, well we just can't leave names and numbers! REALLY, it's only professional that when a supervisor calls, that they leave their last name and a number where THEY can be contacted. She repeated, well we just can't do that! A VERY POOR EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY! NOT PROFESSIONAL AND EMPLOYEES ARE IN DIRE NEED OF RETRAINING SO THAT INACCURATE INFORMATION IS NOT GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS! We had to pay an employee to come in on their day off to wait for them, and not only did they not show up they did not call, and when I called to find out what happened they did not care at all. Next we called management who seemed to care and said that he would be at our house the next day, and they never showed up again. No call or anything. This went on with different employees trying to get them. But No one ever showed up That was in May. The worst water delivery in Spokane! I've used Sparkletts which is a sister company and have minimal issues BUT THE SPOKANE REGION has to be the absolute worse. I've cancelled and I've been scheduled a pickup 4 times already and they still haven't picked up my unit. I have to call daily and the keep "escalating" my issue but it still hasn't been resolved. Terrible customer service right from the get go. I signed up over the weekend at Costco, then it all went downhill after that. That following Moday they were supposed to deliver my unit and the first 2 bottles. They didnt show up till Wednesday. The machine that they delivered didnt work. Took till the following Monday for them to bring a new one. I currently have 6 empty water wallow jugs that I have demanded that they pick up and they still haven't. I told him if they do not pick them up by the end of the week they are going in the garbage. The service was excellent but yesterday, our regular pick up/exchange day and they didn't show, called the "customer service" folks and I have to wait until next Tuesday, or February 4th, she wouldn't commit to either day. Customer service says there was no reason they missed us and there was no way we could get our water any earlier, she acknowledged water was a necessity and we were going to have to do without. I am a customer (likely to change) of the service non service company known as Crystal Springs Standard. I was looking against hope for a local number for their Bellingham/Whatcom County franchise. I am still waiting for my first water delivery in 2017, even though I have been a customer for years. When I called their corporate number, they refused to give me a local phone number, and instead notified me that they would let their local know that I was trying to reach them, and that I might get a call back. Five days later, still waiting. The other issue I was trying to resolve was that a week ago, just when much of my area got snowed in (me for 5 days), power went out and their cooler decided to leak, gallons on my kitchen floor. I reported this Monday Feb. 6, and pointed out that I needed to coordinate a time to get it picked up a replaced. Five days later, still waiting. Last night I got a recording saying they would be delivering today, Feb.11th. I set out the cooler with a note, and all the empty water bottles from the last 6 plus weeks since I've had no service. When I got home this afternoon, nothing had been delivered or picked up, despite my having set out their cooler and "environmentally friendly" bottles. I have made the reasonable efforts to get this resolved. Phone book search, internet search, 3 calls to corporate when I couldn't locate a local number; during the first, after I explained I needed a local phone number, I was disconnected for unknown reasons, there was no attempt on their part to reconnect. When I called them, I was told it is company policy not to release those numbers. If you are considering getting bottled water, I have a suggestion. Look in your local phone book. If the company has no local address or local phone number, go elsewhere. Me, I have a non-working cooler, a bunch of empty bottles from a company that hasn't delivered yet in 2017, Maybe I should start billing them for their leaving their property in my house. I'm sure not going to pay their next bill for water not supplied and a broken cooler. From the reviews I just read for their Spokane franchise, it sounds like I'm not alone in being unhappy. I have made many calls and sent documentation and it appears they are running up fees so an agency will collect. I started my service in August and i have yet to receive another water delivery. I've called customer service several times to inquire and they finally gave me a delivery date. That came and went. Then next week I get another date and the delivery guy (jeff) leaves a message asking me if I can meet him by the freeway to pick up my water because he has 90 stops. Absolutely not. Later that afternoon I get another call from Jeff letting me know that he is out of water and his supervisor will be out tomorrow to deliver and will also call me to discuss issues. He informs me that their new call center is the source of all the problems and then tells me it's not worth the gas to drive to my house and I should not have been allowed to set up an acct....I live 4 miles from his regular route. Regardless....a week later still no water and still no call. It's beyond ridiculous and I'm pretty sure it isn't a call center issue. read more
