What I give good ratings to this hotel is the spa center which has hired skillful staff from Indonesia. Their massage is excellent. The best. The hairdresser are also amazing. What I don't like is the dining section, the food. No diversity. Repeated, and supposedly warm food is always cold! And worst, this hotel does not comply with covid19 protocols. Guests are not wearing masks, social distancing is in fact a joke! And people are coughing left and right without covering their faces! we got the tour for 7 days , the hotel is very big , we got met very good check in was at 2 pm , but manager understand our situation that we was wits to kids 7 month old and 3 years old and got the room earlier at 9 am , the firs our upset was about food all 7 days food wasn't change , each day the same food , we start to go out of hotel in the restaurant to eat .... the second upset was they start to economy on bananas :((( for 2 days we didn't see bananas , one type of fish no changes , can say NO sea food !!!! The third upset i was shocked ..... they didn't clean our room every day , and didn't change the towels , we didn't had a chance to make a shower before dinner and i had to call to the reception to remind them to bring the towels in the room, 4- Economy on AC !!!!! Ac didn't worked , again used to call to the management and ask them to start AC in the room One of my friend got sick and we went to the lobby to ask for the doctor , she filled so bad , in the front desk we got the answer sorry doctor is working from 9am-5 pm , so if you feel bad at mid night you can die because no one can help you it is no service 24 hours witch should be . So we had insurance , insured each person for $10000, we called our insurance , no one didn't picked up phone , so finally doctor came just 11 am next day I was really upset .... and unhappy about service read more
