He decided he is above the law and would not knock on the door and obtain permission. I also used their website to get a quote a week ago, and still haven't had any response. I'm not sure if they're busy, but even so, common courtesy would have them at least responding to emails and phone calls from perspective customers. I guess I will bring my business elsewhere.

They also noted that the company that did the previous boundary survey might be able to quote me a better price because of their previous experience with this property.
