I immediately told the assistant manager (Gerald Chinyoka) and another staffer that both responded by saying "holy shit" and he told me they would call me the very next day for it to be repaired at the Chev dealership..... they also took pictures and video of the damage. We waited the next day for a call that never came.... and the following day we called them. We were told they would call back, they never did and after another day we called them , to which the manager (Kyle Lambourne) said he would have to see the truck in person before they would do any repairs. I drove into the city (250+ kilometres) and upon asking for the manager (Kyle Lambourne) he came out, looked at my truck for about 20 seconds and started screaming and swearing that he wasnt going to pay for any damages saying the the over 70 new chips were from rocks...... I tried to show him any of the dozens of other vehicles in the parking lot that had next to no chips in their A pillars to which he started screaming and yelling again. Im 63 and take good care of my vehicles and was not impressed by this persons lack of professionalism and ignorant behavior. I would recommend to anyone to take your business elsewhere . Speedy Glass, Windshield surgeons, Crystal glass all offered the same price and im sure would be far more professional than (Kyle Lambourne) was to us.

He says oh it's only $10, I said you just told me it was $25 and you didn't apply it? WTF? He says ok, give me the code. So he applies it and it is $25 off. I am so sick and tired of a business who hires people who do not care at all about the people they are supposed to be helping. And then the business has the nerve to say how they are different. Right.....just a bunch of liars. The service at this location has been going down hill for a couple years now, this was the last time I go and spend my money there. I refuse to deal with liars.

He is now tryng to ghost me to avoid fulfilling the warranty.​ Edit in response to the answer: The only time you contact me is when I hassle you to respond. You have not proactively contacted me once, I feel like I'm babysitting you. It has been 6 months since the alternator was replaced, this is not a reasonable timeline to have a warranty fulfilled. If you bought a faulty part from a shady company that would not fulfill the warrant and sold it me to as a new part with full warranty that is not my fault. At this point you should be refunding me the cost and keeping the warranty whenever you get to it.

After receiving quotes (3) from other shops 2 for $100.00 and 1 quote for $300.00 for a 5 minute install of a Drone module upgrade Jeff quoted $40.00 and the work was totally TOP SHELF! Plan on having my 2009 G ceramic coated after we get it repainted.
