My wife and I, two elderly former clients, arrived…read moreafter making an appointment, to purchase a few filters and domes for her hearing aids, one of which was apparently unserviceable. We were first required to pay immediately for them before any further discussion. Then it was patronizingly suggested she have her ears cleaned. They were perfectly clean. Without deigning to even look at the defective aid, she was told that another appointment would have to be made for the following week to examine the faulty unit. No further discussion, concern, or look. When we returned home I -- again-- changed the battery and all was normal. Issue resolved. This office has an attitude of condescension that is unacceptable.

There haven't been many times throughout my life that a Doctors office have given me or my family…read moresuch wonderful treatment. We had an appointment that I missed bc I woke up late, I called to see if they would still see us unfortunately the Dr. Was tightly booked but I was able to get an appointment with the APRN (his nurse-Debi) just a few hours later she was attentive kind concerned and explained everything, that my son who's 17 is going thru bc of his ear infections. A condition he has had since birth. This is our 1st time with this Dr. And wished we had him years ago. He was given a hearing test, Ears checked through a microscope and that's how this visit was everything for me felt like it was done using a microscope. I'd also like to mention Terry the nurse she was the exact same way with my son. Concerned and patient in talking with us. I know there's not a better Dr. Specialist office out there! If you are lucky to have an appointment with them u will understand why I praise these 2 ladies the way I have.

I went here recently to have some earwax.Removed , and somehow I ended up having my ears tested ,…read morewhich I really didn't think I needed , but resulted in another fifty dollar copay. So I paid two co pays to get earwax out of my ears. My insurance company , connecticut cross blue shield then informed me that the audiologist who performed the hearing test , was not in my preferred doctor list. Now , I know it's not their job to find out if i'm covered but I did present them with an insurance card before I got service. As far as I know and has always been my experience in the past, I pay my copay and that's it. Two or three weeks or perhaps a little longer , I received another bill. I just called the billing Department , and they couldn't be bothered to answer my call. The phone answers Billing Department and that's it. With a deal like that , I have zero confidence in this business.

We have been trying to get a hold of the woman that schedules the surgeries for over four months. Both of us have left several messages and we hear nothing back. The doctor was great, but the office staff could definitely use improvement.

But our worries were quickly forgotten about after our first visit with Dr. Hafez. He is caring, professional, EXTREMELY reliable, and goes above and beyond to meet our children's needs. He even got credentialed with my new employer's insurance company (which is not a very common company in this area) just so we wouldn't have to switch providers and could remain in network! Anytime the kids are sick and need to be seen, he is always able to see them same day, he's even seen then after hours on a few occasions. Although we were new patients at the time, Dr. Hafez respected our years of struggles with our son's ear infections and quickly gave us a FABULOUS ENT referral to address the issue. I could go on and on about how wonderful this pediatrician is and why I would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality doctor for their children.
