Even the information provided changed at times. Some times we'd get a phone call, sometimes no call back. I have had to call and leave messages and hound them to respond. And each time it was as if they were doing me a favor, that is until the bill arrived. Mistakes such as entering in the wrong routing number for electronic payment and then I end up with a threatening IRS note with a penalty, only to now have to pay the firm to unwind their own screw up. It was quite considerable suffering and I had driven five hours to find help I'm basically dying I have a immediate need for surgery so not only did he abuse me but he rejected helping me at all just offered pills that are absolutely ineffective and cause severe side effects, so I called this law firmLaFave Wein & Frament, to get some help and they basically humiliated this individual carry the female called and basically interrogated me humiliated me about what happened and then basically throw me away like apiece a garbage and told me quotation marks we are not comfortable with handling the case unquote, and the way she question me she kept asking me unimportant information and then asking questions that we humiliating unnecessary and degrading all the while lawyer wein was in the background coaching her so is extremely degrading abusive interrogation the: intake it was an interrogation that made me feel humiliated and degraded I believe it got to the level where possibly it was a degradation humiliation harassment that sometimes it was harassed inthe questioning , just to be told that we are not interested in its incredibly convalescing incredibly and lack of moral fortitude and lack of compassion extremely lack of compassion this individual was cruel heartless individual again the attorney was in the background coaching to this was unacceptable harassment humiliation degradation of a gentle senior citizen by the way am a senior citizen am also handicap so I have the Americans with disabilities act to protect that's about the size of it was very humiliating obviously the law firm needs civil action because of the abuses
