There's plenty of big machines for washing and drying. My rating is really reflected on the 1 or 2 persons here always on site. To me, that's a big deal because I've been to other laundromats where there's no one on site and there were occasions of when a machine would eat my coins and there's no one on site to help. It's a family owned business and they're all there, the son who just stands in a corner staring at everyone, the older lady who reminds me of cocodrilo pushing thru picking up trash and what not and who I'm assuming to be her daughter. They're very friendly ladies, and talk to everyone (in Spanish), and are helpful if needed, especially with men. They did make a few gay jokes that I didn't appreciate but not directed to me, still made me feel uncomfortable. It got really busy around 8pm and when I arrived around 6pm it was pretty empty. Many of the machines were broken, but they were very happy to give you your money back for another machine with no hassle. I would probably go again just because it felt very homey because they were so close with many people, but it is hot inside, and for the most part I felt safe. So I recommended !!!

He claimed that our tiles are in poor condition and that is why they are unable to shine, however, other cleaning services have never had a problem. He charges a lot and when he was done we expected it to at least shine more than when we mop the floor ourselves. Overall he is GREAT at carpet cleaning but NOT tile cleaning or waxing.
