When I first rented well over a year ago, Ms. Sahar walked me through all of the options regarding size and cost and she made sure the unit I selected met my needs and was within my budget. I strongly recommend that anyone in the area who needs storage, use the Extra Space Storage facility on Woodland Road and specifically ask for Ms. Sahar. If Extra Space Storage wanted to enhance their overall customer service efforts, they should promote Ms. Sahar and put her in charge of training all facility managers. There are huge potholes in the parking lot which is a big hazard, I almost walked into one and definitely drove into one. I placed an order, came in to pick it up, and it wasn't ready. I had to explain myself to the cashier to the cashier 3 times and even when I showed my contract number they were still confused on why I came in. The cost of tools were reasonable, I've rented a van, but I still need to gauge the cost of how much, and if it's worth it so I will return with an updated review at some point. I will say, unless you're moving massive objects you may save on cost by renting a spacious car instead. Your mileage and distance is accounted for in price so you can easily run your bill upwards.
