He was professional, helpful, and made the experience pleasant on a personal level. However, my issue is with the company's pricing practices, which felt like a clear bait-and-switch. I initially signed up under a promotional offer that provided a reduced rate for the first three months, with the understanding that it would then move to a set standard rate. However, before the promotional period even ended, I received notice that my rate would increase--by nearly 38% above the agreed-upon post-promotion rate. As a result, I didn't even receive a full month at the standard rate I originally agreed to before being hit with a significant increase. That feels misleading and undermines the terms presented at signup. Overall, it gives the impression that the company relies on promotional pricing to attract customers, only to quickly raise rates to offset those discounts.

They also moved me to an apartment about 15 years ago. They moved my elderly father when he was moving from a large apartment to an independent living facility (which included helping him pack the breakables), and has moved a close friend several times. The fridge was damaged and again after 3 months of back and forth he stopped responding. I had to hire an appliance repair company and pay out of pocket.
