Since you're unwilling to adjudicate this matter? STOLEN ITEM(S) -- DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY Save yourself the stress and frustration! DO NOT hire Two Men and a Truck for your move. You're far better off hiring family members or paying extra for a company that values integrity and accountability. During my move with Two Men and a Truck on November 1st( 7634 Reindeer Trail San Antonio, TX 78238), one of my personal items went missing while in their care..a pair of Gucci Platform Slides valued at $800. The item didn't just "go missing", it was taken. There is video footage of the incident, clearly showing the last person who handled the item and sketchy behavior. K.L( initials of the individual) was seen in the footage going into the truck, coming out of the truck and closing one of the doors, going back in the truck for 6 MINUTES, you can then see him rummaging through one of my shoe totes, after 6 minutes he comes out and opens the truck door back up. What was also weird was the totes were not wrapped up in any way in the footage, but when I was unpacking, one of the 2 totes were wrapped up in tape. It doesn't make sense for them to wrap items after they already moved to the new location, especially just one of them. For privacy reasons, I am withholding the footage AND full names of the individual(s) for now, but I will not hesitate to share it publicly if this continues to be ignored. Management, specifically Damien and Joe, provided me with the full names of the moving crew involved in my move. They even acknowledged that the video footage was sketchy and claimed that they suspended the individual. This information has been included in the official police report I filed. Despite this, Damien has made no real effort to resolve the situation. Every time I call, I'm told he has "stepped out of the office," and my attempts to reach him go unanswered. They apparently can't do anything about it since they don't have footage on their end on him taking them( which doesn't make sense for them to suspend the guy if they have nothing on him.. unless I'm being lied to). This is theft, plain and simple. I have taken all the proper steps. I've filed a police report, gathered evidence, and notified management. Yet I've received no accountability, resolution, or compensation. Each individual working ( 5 guys) were tipped $100 each on top of the hefty payment, I do not appreciate your employee going through my personal belongings and taking things as they please. I haven't been able to sleep at night because I live with the fear that they may have taken other things. Until this company takes responsibility and makes this right, I will continue to pursue this matter through every available channel. Consumers deserve to be warned.

I understand that it's hot out and in no way is it acceptable that I was working harder and faster to move my belongings. Additionally, I was charged for 4.25 hours of work on top of the $160 travel fee? Why am I essentially getting charged for both travel and workers? Not to mention that your guys went to the wrong address for delivery at first so I'm getting charged for incompetence and slow workers? Also one of the guys took a 10min+ bathroom break at my new apartment. I get that nature calls and I also think it's reasonable to take breaks like that off my bill. Had I not been working as much as I was to move my stuff (both to the truck and from it) I would have had to pay for another 1-2 hours of labor which is absolute robbery. Please let me know what can be done to make this poor experience right. Tristen on 6/5: Hi Sean, I'm sorry to hear this. I will look into this and I'd like to follow up with you on Monday. Tristen on Wednesday, 6/11: Sean, do you have any photos or videos that show the crews inefficiencies? I am trying to corroborate this with the crew and dispatch manager but I don't have much to go off of. To follow up on the travel charge- that covers the time spent driving to the load location and back from the unload location, fuel expense, use of the truck and tools and equipment that we use during the move. ------- Pictures and additional text conversation included. Absolutely terrible actual service which matched the customer service. My favorite is where the team lead told me that they went to the wrong location and that it would be an hour to get to me despite me giving him the exact address and the apartment complex. I also gave them my address about 10 times when requesting and signing off on service so being charged for their inability to put in an address adds to the shi!show that it was to hire this company.

RUN FAR & FAST (AWAY) FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! DO NOT…read moreSTOP. DO NOT GO. DO NOT CALL. -5 STARS IF THAT WERE POSSIBLE. This location is an absolute RIP-OFF. I've used Two Men & A Truck seven or eight times over the years, across multiple states, and never, not once; have I experienced anything remotely close to what I endured on 12/17/2025. This franchise should be shut down, full stop. I never even thought to check reviews because my past experiences with this company have consistently been excellent. In fact, my previous move into Austin was outstanding, fast, efficient, detail-oriented, and professional. I was so impressed that I tipped each mover $100 and even gifted them brand-new clothes and shoes that had belonged to my late brother. That's the level of appreciation I normally have for this brand. This move? A complete disaster. The two movers, Austin and Fernando, were pleasant enough on a personal level but professionally, it felt like I was watching two people move an apartment for the very first time. Fernando tried to keep things moving, but they were completely out of sync because Austin simply could not keep up. Let me be very clear: This was a one-bedroom, first-floor apartment, moved just over TWO MILES away on the SAME STREET, into a second-floor loft. Total time? Almost FIVE HOURS. They complained about long walkways yet arrived without the proper equipment, which slowed everything down to a crawl. And to make matters worse, they didn't even move all of my belongings. I still have items left at my old apartment, costing me more money daily because I still have not been able to turn in the keys. I also lost a full day to move the rest of my stuff because I had to go to work. Everything was boxed and ready before they arrived. Yet Austin spent an excessive amount of time shrink-wrapping items furniture as if we were transporting things across state lines. We were moving down the street! The pace was so painfully slow that I eventually told them to only move the large items and I would just move the rest of my things myself. Now let's talk money. I was charged $160 per hour PLUS a $160 trip fee. WTF?????????!!!!!!!! Yes, read that again. The total came out to $1,040.00. I have never paid anywhere near that amount for a local move; ever. When I complained, and when my mother complained, we were met with passive-aggressive disrespect from the Operations Manager who came out to the site, he was so disconnected it felt like talking to a Charlie Brown character; nothing but noise, no substance. Then I was escalated to "Good Olé Patronizing Tristan," who proudly identified himself as some sort of Director. I could not tell. He handled my complaint with zero care, zero accountability, and maximum condescension. His response? "We're just having a conversation." No, Tristan; we were not. You were deflecting. You and your staff are incompetent. This clearly isn't his first time treating customers this way. He knocked $200 off the bill, leaving me to still pay $800.00, despite the fact that not all of my belongings were moved. Let me be blunt: It's very easy to be smug and disrespectful over the phone. That behavior is cowardly, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Be careful the energy you throw out because you will be faced with it right back if the lessons in customer service are not taken a round turn on. I contacted corporate and filed a complaint; only to be routed right back to Tristan, even after clearly explaining that he was part of the problem. I did not want to speak him but in that money I tried. He did not. "There is nothing more we can do!" I am definitely reporting this franchise to the BBB. They cannot keep operating in this manner. And I'll say it again for emphasis: I WANT MY MONEY BACK. YOU DID NOT RENDER QUALITY SERVICE. If you value your time, money, or sanity; RUN. AND FAST!

Roy was incredibly nice on the phone and arranged to send two men on Monday morning. He and Josh arrived in Gonzales right on time, loaded up my stuff, drove an hour and a half to San Antonio, then moved me into my new apartment in under four hours. They also unloaded my parents' pick-up truck full of furniture and boxes. It was an absolute miracle. They were nice, efficient, and unbelievably strong. One of the pieces they moved was a 200+ pound dresser/vanity, and they made it look easy! I HIGHLY recommend Wrangler Moving! Day 2 they took 13 hours to move half of a house with two small trailers. They also had no tools and had to use ours (simple drills, screwdriver etc). Keep in mind we paid to have them disassemble and assemble in the one day move. They ruined a brand new mattress with grease hand stains, and did not put our front door back on hinges properly. And to boot...they quoted $4,700 for the move and then hit us with a $5,300 bill, saying their guys worked 30 mins over the quote. The main issue being that they took longer because we had to unpack and find our tools to allow them to use. ***edit to respond to Victoria*** This response is a perfect example of the miscommunication and lack of professionalism. Nobody ever requested to leave a tv up. The day of packing, my husband was playing Xbox and said "whenever yall need to pack this let me know and I'll shut this down". This is also when we discovered that they did not have any tools to remove the TV, so, the TV wasn't going to be removed either way that day. Nobody was ever asked to "make beds" but we paid to have them put together (assembled). The movers also were not met with hostility. You had a group of young men with neck tattoos talking and bragging about their time in prison in front of everyone (including our children). My husband did the responsible thing, which was to address the staff as a whole. I'll mention he also tipped each one $100 bill at the end. We did this because it was apparent that the fault was on managment and not the individuals. They came both days unprepared without proper tools. Two separate groups of movers on two different days being paid to pack, dis-assemble and re-assemble furniture. (How is that possible?) Nobody was ever "cussed out" in person or on the phone. My husband called the very next morning and left a voicemail for the owner that was never returned. This response and lack of accountability again proves why I would never recommend this company.
