Put in a badge order first week of October. Smith and Warren has a guaranteed production of 3 weeks, Cuda tells me four weeks. I call after four weeks and am told badge is not in. Fast forward to nine weeks after order and no badge. Calls placed today to Cuda were not answered on my cell phone, so I called from my work phone moments later and they picked up. The games, the lies, the incompetence is too much. You can tell the company forgets to order the clothing you paid for (happened with pants order), and can't even order a badge. Avoid Cuda at all costs. Ask your fellow coworkers about Cuda and I guarantee everyone will tell you they are awful. Unfortunately same experience as previous reviewer but went one step further put in a order and paid owner stated it would take up to 2 weeks gave them a one week buffer and called told me it would be in it was on backorder waited 2 weeks now getting to be crunch time where I need the product oh sorry they're not in yet wait another week called no answer decided to call the manufacturer and ask if I order has been placed manufacturer stated they have not delivered to them in quite some time and no order was placed this is a downright lie and I never received a refund or my order but you know I'm still waiting on a phone call to tell me my order is in and it's only been a year it must be that new tortoise version that UPS is using to cut back on costs I bet when I get to retirement age the order should be in just go somewhere else if you can't get an item just tell me don't lie read more
