She walked me through their vetting process and background checks and even recommended specific sitter's for my particular needs based on her first hand experience using this sitter for her own kids. They arranged for a phone interview and if that int well, SitterFriends even provided a free 2.5 hour trial session to meet in person, ask more questions, get to know each other and most important, watch their interaction with my child. Since this initial trial, I now use the app almost daily to schedule this sitter when needed. She's prompt, polite, well mannered and most off all, very experienced. ALL of the sitters provided go through a background checks. Also, many are infant CPR certified. I also receive regular texts and alls checking in on how satisfied I am with the series.
