As they offer, I sent an email about two weeks ago, specifing my needs for the free consultation. I did not get an answer, so I decided to send another message including my phone number, but this time through their portal option to be used for this purpose. I did not get a response from them either, so after a few days, I resent the first email asking whether they were taking new customers or not. At that point, I just needed an answer in order to stop "bothering" them if the answer was no. It seems they are not taking new customers, so why they keep offering their services with an initial free consultation? This is false advertisement. And I do not care about a free consultation, I want to pay what ever it takes for a good service. I initially could have contacted them by phone, but first I needed to know if they could help me with my taxes and cross border activities, and proceed from there. They never called me by phone either. If they could not answer a simple email, what kind of quality professional services can they provide? Based on the aforementioned facts, they seem very unprofessional. I am very dissaponted and perplexed that I did not get a response from this firm after three attempts in almost three weeks. I understand they could be busy, but this is unacceptable. I will move on to another firm.
