On the plus side: -Spacious -Rarely crowded -Convenient location plenty of parking -Good free weight section -No hard sell for a membership. Negatives: -Limited Hours. Open until 8:30 PM on week days but 4:30 PM on weekends -Older cardio equipment -Not many weight machines -Locker rooms could be cleaner I believe pricing is $30/month with a year long contract. It's $10 a visit for a day pass and they sell a punch card for 10 visits for $80. There's other membership options but that's what I remember. Like everyplace in the oil field, they seem to have a hard time staying on top of things like cleaning and maintenance but this is a decent gym if you find yourself in Sidney, MT. actually it's the only gym in Sidney that I've found.
