We had the absolute best experience with Cullen Insulation (Grand Forks)! Called for a free estimate, call was returned the same day and an estimate was done and sent to me the following day! I accepted the bid immediately and the installation (thanks to an opening in the schedule) was done the following day! 4 days from on-site estimate to finished product! The two installers were so respectful and enjoyed explaining the process to our curious 4 and 10 year olds! They complimented me on how clean our house was and put poly down on the carpet to avoid messing our house. MAKE SURE YOU GET A BID FROM THIS PLACE! I had them do my 4 stall garage insulate and vapor barrier the attic. The quote was for 960.00 and after several mishaps with scheduling on there end the job got completed. I got my bill in the mail and it was for 1550.00 I called to discuss why it was so much more because I had I had the quote for 960.00. They said they would get back to me and never did. I got another bill in the mail for the correct quoted price so that was great they honored there quote. I had got some water damage in my corner of the garage and called them for estimate to take it out and then replace it again. The guy didn't want to get up there and look because he might make a mess in my garage. They came and took out a small section of insulation and I was waiting for the roof to get fixed for them to come and finish it up. well they called a like 6 weeks later wondering what they did because they had no quote to go off of or what was happening with the project. I went through the whole thing with him on the phone. I said they could bill me for what they had done since I did not know when the project would get fixed. Well I got my bill and it was $420.00 for taking a small section out. I called and talked to 3 different people to state my case about why would my bill be $420.00 to take a small section out when the whole 4 stall garage was $960.00 all he could tell is they had to dispose of the old insulation again which wasn't much.
