The staff here at this location is unprofessional, unorganized and incompetent. They seem to work against you instead of for you. They have this attitude that "we don't need you, you need us so who cares how we treat you". They will drag on processing by asking for redundant things and then once you turn that in they hit you with new checklists. If that was necessary why would they not ask for that in the beginning instead of having you keep coming up there like you have nothing better to do.
