We finally got a chance to visit Eric Pierce's second, and newest, Culver's in Broward. This location in Tamarac is right off Commercial Blvd. Service and food quality is very good and representative of the Culver's brand. My Deluxe Butter Burger basket was delicious! The proprietary Root Beer (Regular and Diet) are better than any A&W I've ever had! Congratulations Eric on your second jewel and thanks for supporting the communities and bringing employment opportunities to young and old!

We had a good lunch here. We are longtime Culver's customers. Most frequently, we dine at their Margate location. Happened to be in the neighborhood in Tamarac to try Owner Eric's other location, today. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This Culver's has been open for about a year. It still appears to be fresh, clean, and "new".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The gal at the register also seemed to be fairly new as she seemed a bit nervous taking our order, but we did get everything correct. I had my old favorite -- their Swiss mushroom butter burger, as a single. It's deliciously juicy and a tad great but oh so flavorful. And it was here as well. Lately I've been into their fried fish, but wanted to be able to really compare so fell back to my standby order. My husband got a deluxe combo -- so I could steal some of his fries. Happy to say that this location will not disappoint Culver's fans. And if near here, we'd certainly stop by again.

Stopped by Culver's recently. Food was okay, however I've had better from them in the past. Everything was served hot, but it didn't taste as fresh as I'd hoped. Service was standard and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambiance was typical for a fast-casual spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, I'd give it a 3/5.

Nice wall when you first walk in.

I seriously can't believe this is considered fast food, Culver's is in a league of its own! I've had burgers at upscale, sit-down restaurants that don't even come close to the flavor and quality Culver's consistently delivers. This place has completely ruined all other fast food burger spots for me (in the best way possible)! My go-to is the Culver's Deluxe! Perfectly flavored, juicy, with the right balance of toppings on that buttery bun... It's absolutely delicious every single time. It's the kind of burger you'll crave days later. Tonight, I decided to switch it up and try the Sourdough Melt. It was simple and tasty, but my heart still belongs to the Deluxe. Nothing tops it! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The experience doesn't stop at the food, the service is always friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself is spotless.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows. I'm genuinely so glad they opened this location. If you're nearby and craving a burger, skip the typical drive-thru chains... Culver's is on a whole other level. One bite, and you'll be hooked. Trust me!

So happy that this location is finally open, north Broward needed a Culver's. Best ice cream and milkshakes! Fries and burgers and good as well! Always fresh and staff is nice and friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Resturant is always clean inside and out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I had never been to this location, so I was looking forward to see how it compare to the others. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and they take your order quick. I wasn't too sure as to what to get and the employee gave me pointers and recommendations. Very friendly staff and pleasant experience. We ended up ordering the burger and a chicken sandwich. My mother in law ordered the fish sandwich and she was not a fan (but to be fair, this is not what they are known for lol). The burger is thin with lots of cheese, very juicy and good taste. We got a side of cheese curds. I was under the impression the cheese curds were all cheddar, but to my surprise they are a mix of mozzarella and cheddar. We dipped the cheese curds into more cheese sauce and still tasty! No such thing as too much cheese lol. The chicken sandwich was tasty as well. We ordered a side of fries with the sandwich. Not too salty and not too dry. The sandwich is a decent size portion and Will have you feeling full at the end. Both meals were decent size portions so we needed a break before we ordered dessert. We went up again to order and we received the same friendly encounter with the staff. He helped me decide between a concrete mixer or a custard. We went with the vanilla custard with butterfinger topping. It was delicious, but probably should have gone with the concrete mixer instead. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, this place is a good family night out or a quick sit down dinner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food came fast and was tasty! Would come again.

My only "beef" with this burger, is they ought to let the cheese melt! Still, it is TASTY!!!!

I rarely review fast food chains as they are rather pedestrian and plain. I grew up in Wisconsin, where Cluver's was born, and now they have slowly spread across the nation, and we finally have them in South Florida! YAY!!! The young staff is always friendly, and they deliver your meal right to your table, instead of you having to stand around and wait for it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Culver's restaurants are always clean, even when busy![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In my mind, they have the BEST burgers and fries of any chain. I hear the Ice Cream is fabulous, but I have yet to try! SOON!

Culver's is the best fast food burger place on earth. I mean it's reliable it's delicious and beautifully satisfying every single time! No matter the location. If you haven't had a Culver's burger I highly recommend it because I want the world to be a happy place lol Another review giving it to you straight no chaser!! Enjoy!!

This place is very expensive, but service is extremely slow. They put a sticker on my side mirror even though no one else was in line. Most disturbingly they charged us for cheese curds they never gave us. They also never gave us a receipt. Without a doubt, the worst Culver's we ever went to. Five Guys prices with Taco Bell service!

Decided to go here for my birthday lunch. I hadn't been to Culver's in years. I ordered on the app and headed over with my sister to eat. I got the butter burger combo with small fries and an unsweetened tea, my sister got the chicken sandwich combo with broccoli (grossss) and Dr Pepper. The food was ready in time, but the staff had the personalities of wet noodles. Very unfriendly. No "hello welcome" or anything of the like. The young girl at the cashier area just stared at me after I stood there waiting for 5 min for someone to acknowledge me. When I told her I had an order for pick up she looked like a deer in headlights. Running back and forth but not really doing anything. She eventually handed me the order and I sat down in a both to eat with my sister. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was very clean and quiet in the restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They managed to get 3/4 of the order correct. They gave us completely wrong beverages. It literally said on the ticket what to serve and it was wrong. Annoying but not the end of the world. I walked to drink area and dumped out drinks and got the correct ones. The tea was bad, it tasted like it was brewed at least 4 hour ago. The rest of the meal was good though- food was hot, fries crispy and my sister enjoyed her gross broccoli. I didn't have room for frozen custard but next time I will make sure I do. I'd go back, and hopefully next time they're friendlier.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior was very clean here and the folks working were helpful and nice![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We enjoyed some tasty burgers with some cheese curds (a mix of different types of cheese in chunks that are fabulously fried) and some tasty onion rings. My son had grilled chicken and fries and he loved it! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Gave 4 stars only because it was crowded and took a little time to get a clean table but they were trying to be on top of it and it was a Saturday day![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice family atmosphere - highly recommend this location as we will return![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Dino Russo took over in 2009 when his brother, the company founder, retired. At that time all of the Uncle Louie G locations were in New York or New Jersey. In seven years, he was able to grow Uncle Louie G from eight locations to more than 50 through franchising. This franchise of Uncle Louie G's opened in April on Sample Rd in the same plaza as Runyon's. It is owned by Andrea Mormile and her sister, Denise from Brooklyn, New York. The sisters were inspired to open Uncle Louie G's when they couldn't find the kind of icy treats they grew up on. Uncle Louie G''s menu includes 47 flavors of Italian ice and 33 flavors of ice cream including vegan, dairy free, and sugar free. They also sell ice cream cakes, milkshakes, smoothies, ice coffees, Belgian waffle sundaes, and ice cream nachos. For quality control everything's made in Staten Island, New York. They use the best ingredients like real fruit for Italian ice instead of sugar and artificial flavoring. The premium ice cream is 14 percent butterfat and the cheesecake pieces are made from scratch. I had the pleasure of meeting Denise when I stopped in on a steamy Sunday afternoon. The Italian ice is displayed in the cases closer to the door while the ice cream is further down. Ice cream flavors included Louie Big Blue, Brooklyn Cheesecake, and Apple Pie while Italian ice flavors included Oreo cookie dough, chocolate jelly ring, cherry chip, and Italian Dream. I was in the mood for ice and I sampled the cannoli, honey doo, and spumoni. I ended up choosing the spumoni but they were all great. I was impressed with how spot on the flavors tasted. I am still thinking about the honey doo. Sizes come in Brooklyn small ($3.50), small ($4.00), medium ($6.00), and large ($8.00). You can also purchase pints, quarts, and party buckets. I love that they have unique flavors that not everyone else has. This is a welcome addition to Coral Springs as the scorching summer rolls in. Check them out and welcome them to the neighborhood.

The Magic Cow in Coral Springs has a 4.8-star Yelp rating, and their sister store in Davie is apparently one of the top 10 ice cream shops in the entire United States. So naturally, I had to see if the local legend lived up to the hype. (Spoiler: it did. And then some.) The moment we walked in, I was hit with that nostalgic mix of sugar, laughter, and magic that says you're about to make a very good life decision. The owner greeted us like old friends -- warm, funny, and clearly passionate about what he does. You can tell every scoop that leaves that counter has been crafted with pride. Now, about the ice cream. I went with the Carrot Cake flavor -- and let me tell you, it wasn't just ice cream; it was an experience. Folded into it were ribbons of caramel and bits of pie crust that somehow made me rethink all my previous dessert choices in life. One bite in, and I'm pretty sure I saw colors brighter than usual. My wife went for a combo of Better Batter Cake Carnival and Chocolate Batter Better, and to call it "excellent" would be an understatement. This flavor pairing was pure joy in stereo. I'm pretty sure she stopped listening to me talk for a good five minutes, which is the ultimate compliment to any dessert. Bottom line: The Magic Cow isn't just living up to its reputation -- it's churning out happiness, one scoop at a time. If you haven't been, fix that immediately. Your taste buds will thank you, your diet will forgive you (eventually), and your inner child will do a happy dance.

Instead, it felt like the kitchen and the dining room were in a long-term relationship that's stopped communicating. We began with the crispy tofu, which sounded promising -- I pictured something light, golden, and seasoned with purpose. What arrived was tofu on life support. Over-battered, under-seasoned, and fried like it had wronged somebody. I kept waiting for flavor to show up, but it must've taken the night off. Now the chili sauce the tofu was served with was very tasty, it was just that there was so little of it. Not enough to make up for the overpowering batter on the tofu. Then came my kimchee ramen -- a dish that started strong with that first bite of warm broth and tangy kick. But then, plot twist: the kimchee was cold, sitting inside the soup like it refused to participate. The beef had been cooked so long it could survive a hurricane, and the egg... well, let's just say it had passed "soft-boiled" about three minutes ago. My wife, however, lucked out with the udon and shrimp tempura -- nicely done, well-balanced, and clearly made by someone who still believes in flavor. Now, the atmosphere deserves its own mention. The main dining area has all the warmth of a tech startup break room -- clean but cold, not exactly cozy. Then there's the back room, which looks like someone's garage got repurposed into a hangout spot. There's a miniature pool table, an even smaller ping pong setup, and a couch that feels like it was borrowed from your cousin's first apartment. It's quirky, sure, but also kind of confusing -- like they couldn't decide if they were a restaurant, a boba lounge, or a college dorm common room. So yeah, three stars -- because Fyr & Ice isn't bad, it's just having an identity crisis. It used to be so much better and could be again if someone decides to care again. With a little care and a lot more seasoning, this place could go from "meh" to "must-try." For now, it's a decent stop if you're hungry, curious, and not expecting emotional warmth from your ramen.
