I was very happy with my late night burger and fries from here. Order was correct and everything was great except for the attitude of the employee at the window. I have never had bad service until now. I have to give them credit on normally having good service and delicious food. I'll give them that, but tonight we went to the drive thru and we ordered 2 salted caramel concretes with brownie pieces. One was just 3/4 full so we asked them to fill it up. When it was filled it looked like they just blended everything to fluff it up. There were no brownie pieces when I looked with the spoon. So we then asked for them to add the pieces because it's not supposed to be all liquid. When we asked, the girl seemed really annoyed, took it and when she handed it back she said she added more pieces. She did then. By the time we got that one settled, the other one was already melted. I was angry and we left. What I should have done was parked the car, gone inside and asked for both to be remade. We paid almost $12 for subpar concretes. So we love Culver's food, but we went through the drive-through a couple weeks ago and ordered the fish dinner which is very good by the way, but we also asked to get tartar sauce with our order and coleslaw and we got shrimp cocktail and no coleslaw. So I send a message to them about this issue and I got a response fairly quickly. Of course the person responding was apologizing, which is great but he also asked me. He said I would like to send a personal apology to you if you just give me your full name and address . So I did that and I never heard from them again. I sent another message to them last week and not even a response that they got my email so it's not that big of a deal but just know that you need to check your order when you go through the drive-thru. We were nearly solo in there when we arrived. Order taker at the counter took a bit to realize we were there, but when he did so, he was VERY friendly and helpful. He actually seemed to recognize us, and it's been a few months since last we were here. Middle aged, heavyset bearded fellow named Jeff. We both opted for fish sammich meal, albeit it ain't much cheaper than the fish dinner which does NOT come with bread or bun...of course the Queen Bee usually discards most of the bun anyway! If she's ever wrong, damned if I will ever know. Go figure. I also asked last second if I could get fries without salt and no cheese on my fish sammich. Jeff was totally nonplussed by those little things and made sure the kitchen put my order together properly. This fella is quite good at his job; he seems to like it and dealing with people as a whole too! So our food got to us less than five minutes after we ordered. Drive thru business was starting to pick up and more walk-ins arrived too. So good speed of service as well! Fella who brought our food was a cheery young fellow named Devone; affable and friendly with a ready smile! Everything was well prepared and warm. Only constructive criticism is that they didn't put enough tartar sauce on the sammies, so I went to the counter and they gladly gave me some. They put it on a lovely and nicely toasted potato roll, which really held up well to the cod and condiments. Fries were properly done and crisp; mine were free of salt as asked and even Queen Bee's fries were just lightly salted. I'd also observe that the fish filets were kinda soggy and lacking in crunch despite their battery coating. I'm not so sure whether it's due to the bun trapping heat or that they need to change how they make their sandwiches. Dining room was clean (nearly spotless) and even the loo appeared well kept up. There is a big screen in the center part of the dining room running a nonstop loop of Culver's ads too. I suppose it just adds to the slightly nicer atmosphere in there than what one would find at a big chain fast food joint. Outside Lent, I'll never order a fish sandwich from this place again! Even with the 10% military discount, our bill was nearly $20. While certainly better than McDowell's, Burger Baron or Dairy Dowager, it STILL ain't THAT flippin' fantastic. I still give 4 stars because these Yelp peckerwoods won't allow half stars to be given. read more

The food was okay but I have been to 20+ Culver's locations and they all have white country gravy. They served me some yellow buttery looking gravy that was horrible and when I Told the manager it was wrong, she said that's how they make. I know that it's not the correct gravy all other Culver's locations have! My brother also ordered his burger and they got his order wrong. They also forgot about my other friend's shake and cheese curds and he was waiting for 20 minutes while we all ate. read more

This Culver's is disappointing, honestly. I have had great experiences with others around Florida, and have recommended them to family and friends who visit. The food is usually great, the staff is regularly very friendly and the service is top notch. For some reason, this Culver's didn't get that memo. To start with, I came around lunch, and the lunch crowd was not overwhelming. The parking lot and drive-thru were half-full, which adds to the confusion about this experience. Judy was working the counter - yes, that's her real name. She grunted some kind of greeting to let me know that she was ready for my order. When I told her, her response was, "What do you want on it?", which would be fine, but I think those were the first words I heard. Almost the last, except for telling me what the total was. She handed a cup to me and a number to place on my table. As I waited, I watched and listened to the staff as they bickered and shouted at each other about different things. I overheard Judy's voice the most. It was like interrupting a drunken Thanksgiving family dinner. I'm not sure if others became uncomfortable, but I certainly did. 10 minutes later, Judy delivered the food herself, which was very convenient, as it saved me the time researching her name. As she put my tray of food down on the table, I told her thank you. Her response was to turn her back on me and leave. Was the food worth this? Probably not. Ah yes...Culver's, home of the warm buttery buns. Uh, not so much. This has got to be the worst Culver's I've ever been to. Every single item in our drive thru order had something wrong with it. The "concrete" was melted past even the point of being a milkshake - it was literally liquid milk with the toppings swimming in it. My cold cheeseburger order was missing two toppings but included a topping I definitely didn't want. Husbands sandwich was also cold and his milkshake was melted & runny as well. And the buns? Def not buttery and definitely not warm. Culver's is usually pretty reliable so it's apparent that something at this location is definitely amiss.
