Worse ever. Regrettably I waited over 15 minutes for a drive-thru order. It wasn't like I ordered an awful lot I only ordered a fish sandwich however I kept seeing all the other cars get their orders and leave and I was still sitting there. I finally called someone to inquire and he said that they had forgotten my order. I asked for a manager who came out and asked me if I just wanted a refund I'm looking at her like after waiting 15 minutes you're asking me if I want to refund how about you tell me what you're going to do to make this better for me. She agreed to give me a fish sandwich upon my next trip however it doesn't erase the fact that I waited 25 minutes for a fish sandwich. This is definitely the worst service I have ever received. Walked in an Amaya was awesome. However, I noticed people in the kitchen not practicing good health practices. A tall white guy with long curly blond hair was scratching his face rubbing and shaking his hair in the kitchen with the same gloves he continues to handle food. Also, I saw a black guy receiving the bread buns take out his cell phone and start texting. He proceeded to start back handling food (picking up bread) and did not change his gloves. I caught a wild hair today while on my way to Best Buy. I've never eaten at this spot before so I thought, Paul, why not. As I'm a renegade through this COVID stuff going on, I wanted to try another spot that may/may not have good burgers. So that's exactly what I did. Drive Thru: Since everything is going on today, that's pretty much the only way you'll be able to get something to eat is through a drive thru. I had maybe about 9 vehicles ahead of me but I didn't worry about that. I had nothing but time on my hands. To my surprise, the line moved pretty quickly. I guess because I was bust listening to Kevin Hart's Laugh out Loud channel on Siriusxm. The menu: These guys has so many different varieties to order if that's what you're feeling. My main thing I wanted was a double cheddar burger and I did that without the bacon. Not saying I don't eat bacon, but I just had it at 2 am. So I got that and the fries and one of their chocolate shakes. Drive to the window: Now it's time to pay. Very fair price for what I ordered. I had 3 cars ahead of me and they immediately brought out my shake and attached a number to my truck. I tasted the shake, it was wonderful. I had to do some work to get my first sip of it. I thought I broke a rib trying to get it through the straw. Before I knew it, maybe 1 minute later my order came out. At that time I was able to drive ahead the other 3 cars ahead of me. Taste time: Since I knew my food was hot, I couldn't risk driving off and let it get cold. So I pulled into one of their parking areas and went to town. Oh my!! This was a burger that reminded me of back in the 80's. You all remember back then when they used to use real meat instead of soybeans. Man, I wished we had one of those in Dacula. However for a burger like that, I don't mind driving 7 miles for it and eat in the parking lot instead of trying to bring it back home so it could just get cold. I went into the Culver's on today and the service and the food was horrible. When I went Into the restaurant I had a customer service person by the name of Shaina and her service was terrible. I hate when a person talks while I'm ordering and then get the order wrong because you are so busy trying to help the next person. When I asked for the manager she proceeded to talk over me yet again and then said I had a nasty attitude when all I wanted was my order right. When I got my food the fries was cold And burger was dry, and my order still wasn't right. But If she had taken the time to listen and not talk over me. I've heard about Culver's from my friends in the Midwest and finally got to try it. Excellent! I had a very good burger with CHEDDAR rather than bland generic cheese. The dining area was clean and more attractive than most fast food joints. Retailers are having a tough time hiring, so I was especially pleased that the service was good. Culver's has become one of my GoTo fast food places. Their prices are reasonable, especially with the regular coupons they send out, and their food is very good, especially the frozen custard desserts. The service is pretty good, polite and generally helpful. They have drive through, dine in and outdoor seating. They will bring your food to you when it is ready. Now for the negatives. I recently ordered onion rings and they were salted to the point I couldn't eat them. I don't know what went wrong but that's the first time it happened. They also sometimes fail to provide a receipt and this has caused an issue on more than one occasion when they messed up my order but I was either too late to fix it or I ended up overpaying. They should always provide a receipt as soon as you pay. Fix this and I will bump up my star rating to a 5. read more

I rarely make reviews, but I think this should reach the staff/ management's attention. There's been 3 separate occasions where items of our order have been missing. The first time we called and let them know they forgot and they informed us that they would let their staff know to double check the orders before giving it to the customer. However, this has happened 2 more times after that. I understand mistakes happen. But I've been noticing this as an ongoing issue. The last 2 times we ordered through the drive thru and already left the restaurant when we noticed we didn't get our complete order. One or two times is ok, but now it seems like every time we order there is something missing. If you work here please make sure you double check before you give the order away. Today a friend and I decided to try Culvers for the first time - I'll write an honest review for the experience I had today for lunch. I had seen good reviews for the cod sandwich and my mouth was now watering for one. I noticed they have a fairly extensive menu and and it took me a minute to look it over... but I opted for the cod sandwich since I had been thinking about it since the reviews. I also ordered their cheese curds. Ok, to the short and sweet of it... Pros - the restaurant was nice, clean and well kept, and the staff are super friendly and attentive to your every need. They bring everything to your table, even if you only order one thing! The service was fast and efficient to say the least, it seemed like we only waited for a minute (3 tops) for our food to reach the table. Everything was hot and seemed fresh made. The cheese curds were pretty good! Cons - The fish sandwich, not so much... it was pretty small (I'll see if I can attach a pic) and it had no real flavor whatsoever - people in the reviews said there's was great - maybe they forgot to season mine? The portions seemed pretty small for the price (overall $12.75 for only 3 items). I'm a working class guy - I cant afford $13 everyday for lunch! Maybe the value would have been there if the portions were (much) larger, or if there had been some left overs to take home. I tried a waffle cone with a single scoop for desert - not bad at all, a normal waffle cone but the custard was top notch - but at $3.25 I'm not sure if the value was there for me. Conclusion - The food isnt bad at all, admittedly I only tried 3 things today but I'm sure it was all pretty good. My fish sandwich needed some love though - it was tiny and tasteless! Will I be going back? Probably for special occasions, but not on any regular basis. Bring the prices down and the portions up and you may have more business than you can handle. :) UPDATE - The owner emailed me and wrote a very nice response, and is sending out a couple of vouchers which I was super thankful for. This is the second time coming here. The first time I requested no tomato due to food allergen. I was in the drive thru. Today I decided to come inside so that my order is correct. However doing such was a waste of time. Same order, with same request and they did the same thing. Management didn't even offer a refund or any type of discounts because this was the second time that it has happened. Ordered meal and a large shake. I noticed they run up a med shake and repeated that I wanted a large. I pulled up to the cashier to pay and noticed the price has not changed. I asked and he showed the cup sizes of med and lg, so I asked for large again before paying. He then collected payment, did not give a receipt and said to pull round. Long story story short, it was a complete waste of my valuable time interacting with this restaurant. We have been to Culver's several times and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and the food is tasty. Love the interior as well. I always always get the cheese curds. I love them. My daughter and I ate at the Cuver's by Mall of Georgia for lunch yesterday but we will be by this location today and I'm going to see if the rest of the family wants to eat here for lunch. I can totally see why this burger joint is a competitor against five guys or shake shack. I like my burger patties juicy and not dry, and IMO, the patty on the mushroom burger was on the drier side. There was also a lack of flavor aside from the mushroom and cheese and very little sauce, so I did have to douse it with hot sauce and ketchup when I got home. I usually have to do this with most burgers I get regardless of the location. I guess it's safe to say that I like my entire burger including the buns and everything in between to be juicy lolll. I loved that it was made fresh to order and the patty was hot off the grill. It was still very warm after a 20 minute drive back home! I definitely want to come back when they are open for dine-in as I've read that the experience inside is great! I'm sure the quality of food would also earn a 5th star. read more

Fries , onion rings are fresh as well. Burgers have potential. They are well made but the meat is / was not seasoned or seasoned very lightly. At the strike of midnight new years this went from our favorite family restaurant to turd of the year. 1st time I explained that I wanted a FISH DINNER and the person repeated FISH SANDWICH and I stated 5 times 2 pieces of fish, fries and a drink... My wife ordered and we sat down. My wife got her order and I got a FISH SANDWICH which I took up to the manager and was told that I WOULD NOT HAVE RECEIVED A FISH SANDWICH UNLESS I ORDERED IT.. In rest. 30 minutes finally a FISH DINNER was thrown on the table and the words RUDELY " IS THIS GONNA WORK". 2ND & 3RD visits... I told my wife just order me the SHRIMP DINNER... both times they were so nasty (we had eaten this meal before and it rocked) the LAST time they were small, crispy, crunchy and the color of burn toast (kinda what they tasted like) Unable too eat this nasty crap. 1st to WORST at the strike of midnight. My first time here. Never tried Culver's but I am a fan now. I ate the Sourdough Melt. It was so good. A 10/10! I can't wait to come back. The service was excellent. All staff are welcoming. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the sides were cold. The fries and the fried cheese curds were cold and not tasty. I will give it another try next time to see because I know sometimes they sit under the heating lamp. Other than that I am a fan now. Will try their other burgers next time! Fact, no one knows frozen custard better than those born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Why? Because the city has the biggest ratio of frozen custard shops in the world. That being said, Culver's is not within the top three shops in Milwaukee (they are from around Prairie Du Sac), which might be why they do better outside of Milwaukee and started to franchise the business. People, stop calling it ice cream... this is not ice cream... For those who do not know the difference: [Ice Cream] - Contains at least 10% milk and 20% cream. [Gelato] - Is served at a warmer temperature and it contains about 5-7% fat instead, so the milk to cream ratio is higher. [Frozen Yogurt] - Is basically ice cream without the crème and it contains yogurt, so it has probiotics. [Custard] - Which is what Culver's sells. Keep in mind that frozen custard has a much higher percentage of butterfat (it has less saturated fat than ice cream) and it also has egg yolk and it is served at about 8 degrees warmer than ice cream, which is why it is softer. On with the review... We come here, because this is the only Wisconsin based custard shop in Georgia. We come for the custard and not the food, as their food is just your typical burger and fries that you'd find anywhere else. Do not come here expecting to have the best burger, but do expect an excellent mint shake, a malt or some regular old fashion frozen custard. I like this place, so please don't take this next sentence as an indictment: Culver's seems a lot like a Steak & Shake with faster service. I know, I know. I shudder at the comparison, too. But I think it's a valid comparison. But, before you dismiss Culver's from your attention, I will say that their frozen custard is outstanding. If what you want is a good, greasy burger and some fries, along with maybe a vanilla malt, you should head to Culver's. You'll get a basket with your goodies in it, and you'll go home with a full-belly-endorphin & carbs high that only a burger & fries will give you. There are one or two grilled things on the menu. Culver's is known for their "Butterburgers." (They butter the bun.) They have other sandwiches and snackable items that are generally fried and/or cheesy, and yummy. You order at the counter, and someone will bring your order to you. For us, all this happened pretty quickly. Even on a busy day. My own burger was overdone. But I suspect that these folks churn out so many burgers, it might be hard to pay attention to who wants a "medium" burger vs one that's just well done. Plus, the patties are not very thick, and things move quickly here, so... I had the Sourdough Melt. Again, it was overdone. The cashier said it was her favorite thing, so I ordered it. Next time I'll try something different. There's plenty of seating inside, and the outdoor seating looks like it will be fun during warmer weather. Holler if you want some company. read more

This place has everything from fish,burgers, salads, fries, shrimp, to chicken, to delicious, delectable custard. The custard is so creamy. My favorite is the chocolate. There are so many add ins that you can put into the custard. I love mine with brownies or Oreos. In my opinion, it's the best custard around in my area. This place changed my mind about custard. For some reason, custard didn't float my boat. When I came here to try a sample, I was hooked! I was hooked like a catfish. Inside, it's nice and clean. Very friendly people who works there. When I walked into the restaurant I was greeted with a smile by the staff. The place is extremely clean for a fast food joint. I tried their deluxe burger with the signature crinkly fries. Very good! Ate dinner here last week. Thought it was really good except the meat on my cheeseburger was a little too salty. I assume they use salted butter on the grill. We had onion rings & fries which were both good. The employee who rang us up was very nice. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time but not so fast as to where you thought it wasn't freshly cooked upon ordering. We got a sundae with peanut butter topping. It was good, but not great. I think maybe hot fudge (son had that) or another topping would be better. We'll def return. read more
