This place is fast food so not sure what the complaint would be from anyone other than service. But even there I have been to this place twice and service has been great, fast, friendly, and most importantly my order was correct. Kids that work here have been polite and respectful. Tonight I came into the Culver's drive through at 11pm and paid for my food at 11:06 . As I sat and waited on my Order which was a 1 chicken sandwich I noticed that the person behind got their order first no problem but I did notice it was 2 bags . Another car proceeded to order and pay and got there food before at well it was now 11:25 and I still haven't gotten my food so I pull to the front and I see a working taking out a pick to a car a walk up to the dine in door and nicely tells me it close and I asked him if he can check on my order I still haven't gotten and 3cars behind have gotten there food . This place NEVER disappoints!! As a Wisconsin girl Culver's is my jam and to see how consistently respectful the staff are and the food always being served fresh reminds me of home! Have not had a good experience in this location because they have yet to make any of the orders right. Either we get a bun that has an inedible amount of flour at the bottom, we don't get the right fixings, or our fries are overcooked. We request the fries to have no salt and as you can see the fries in the picture are drenched in salt. Also, the customer service and the overall vibe of this restaurant is very poor. Most of the cashiers are not welcoming and the manager doesn't seem to care about fixing errors. Highly disappointing and I do not recommend this location at all. read more

First time here, and the Yelp app even offered a $2 coupon for a value basket. The restaurant was very clean, and the front end cashiers are very helpful and nice. They had good knowledge of what came with the Butterburger and asked if I wanted to customize it. Once it's done, someone brings it out to your table. The onions rings are very crispy, which I love. No complaints whatsoever. The burger is also pretty fresh and well-presented, though slightly cold considering the place wasn't all that busy. Bit on the small side, but not bad. The drink options are limited, and I don't do root beer, so there aren't other diet options. The food is always fresh, hot and good, the ice cream is creamy and tasty, and the special needs staff that clean the lobby (because they are the only ones I've seen taking care of the lobby!) are on point so the tables are immediately cleaned off and the environment is clean. The only complaints I've had is that often there seems to be no adult "in charge", most of the staff being HS age, and there seems to be a lot of "hovering" at the front counter. I don't know where to start. This is my first experience at Culver's and I had like three hairs in my sandwich. I'll never go back. The other part I thought was insane was the drive-through. I love culvers! The food, the service and custard! The cod dinner is really good and I love the mushroom and swiss burger. The onion rings are fantastic and my son loves the crinkle cut fries! All the custard flavors I've ever tried have been very good! I love how they expedite your order with the food runners. It shows that they care about the food quality and your drive thru experience. I hadn't been here in awhile, and we figured it was about time to pay them another visit. I honestly forgot how awesome their butter burgers are! They have that mild caramelization on the edge of the patties which goes so well with the cheese and the toppings. I normally don't get onions but it's kind of part of the experience so I am glad I did. I normally pull at least one bun off whenever I have burgers, but I found the buns to be a little intriguing since they're soft and toasty, so I kept both! I'm so glad there are more restaurants opening in Maricopa. We just had our last supper from Culver's. Ordered a 3 piece cod dinner ( one of our favorites) ? Tartar sauce? Yes , two please. And 4 ice creams. There were orders going out while we waited. Two were for people who ordered before us and two were for people who ordered after us. After waiting so long for our order we went home and put the ice cream in the freezer. Opened the food bag. The coleslaws were on their sides and leaking.
