Eventually someone who was wiping down a table came over to let us know we needed to go outside of the restaurant area and order from the somewhere in the grocery store. There was one cashier at the counter and a long line of people waiting. The only menu available was hanging up behind the counter and had very small print. When it came to be our turn, we were told there would be an hour wait for any food. Since we were visiting from out of town and went there because we love the milkshakes, we asked if we could please get a couple of milkshakes, and we were told no. There are clearly staffing problems here that need to be addressed and some signing that could be added to help people navigate this concept much better.
