Good quality food and great service. Had a butter burger with mushrooms and Swiss and it could not have been better.

This is my first time going yo Culvers and overall, it was nice. My spicy chicken burger was yummy and had a great spice level. Fries were good, Coke Zero tasted diet to me. I will never get ice cream from there again. I got yhe Carmel chocolate sundae special for $3.99 and it was a waste of money. Such a small cup and it wasn't even filled all the way. I felt I got robbed. Other than that food was good and affordability is on par with any other fast food place. We went theough the drive through which took your order then have you pull up and wait for someone to bring food to you. Seemed like a lot of steps but service was quick and friendly. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and a peanut butter concrete mixer. It was amazing! The burger was in sourdough. Only issue I had wass the men's bathroom was out of order, not normal when I go, but this time it unfortunately was. They accommodated me with hand wipes to clean my hands which I thought was very kind. I stayed and didn't me work and was very thankful that almost every booth has an outlet to plug into. Everyone's attitude is so kind and patient. When ordering the guy actually heard me wrong, but it was probably because I was mumbling, I ended up getting the wrong food item. I didn't realize until I left, and then came back around to get the right item and they even gave me a custard of the day to make up for the wrongdoing and they owned it and told me to keep the item that was incorrectly given. Being from another state, I heard so many great things about Culver's. What the heck is a fried cheese curd?! Sounds Canadian and yet I want it! I like to try different burger chains, In & Out Burger was very cool to try while attending a conference in Texas. I'm in Florida for a few days, I will be trying Culver's at some point. We walk into a very clean looking establishment. I order the following: Double Butter Burger Cheese Burger Deep fried Cheese Curds Cookies & Cream Custard The double patty butter burger is slammin'! I'd put it between Shake Shack and Burger Fi, very tasty and very impressed with the quality. The fried Cheese Curds, where have you been all my life! Our kitchen is under construction so we have been looking for places to catch a bite to eat. First time trying a Culver's. Reasonably priced, nice location, clean facility. The food is very good, especially for the price. Everyone at this location is very friendly & accommodating. Tonight, we had a 1/2 order shrimp dinner & a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. So mad. I've been craving a strawberry sundae for over a month. Finally gave in and went to Culver's, because they're usually the best. I ordered a strawberry sundae with whip cream and pecans. We paid and I said, there's no pecans? He asked for my card back and charged me almost $2 for a cup of pecans? Ummmm? What? You forgot to add them first of all. You can't sprinkle a couple on top? But second, aren't toppings 35 cents? It's not even the money, it's the principle. Mind blown. Culver's lost a customer over what should have been 35 cents to add a topping of pecans THAT HE FORGOT in the first place! Also, there was a teaspoon worth of whip cream and strawberry's. We were charged for cheese on both burgers, which we didn't want. We were reimbursed for the erroneous charges, and when our orders were delivered, we enjoyed delicious burgers without cheese. The fries were good - nothing special. What sets this restaurant - and it feels like a restaurant - apart from Wendy's next door is the personal service afforded each patron. Our meal was delivered to us at our table in an expeditious manner by a courteous, friendly young man. We also heard apologies several times for the incorrect order/overcharges. If you are not satisfied, they will do everything within their power to give you satisfaction. The food may come out fast, but this is not a typical fast food restaurant. Today we decided to get fish and chips at Culver's of Trinity, Florida. I went to the drive thru and ordered from the intercom system. We had decided on this place because of the great blitzing commercials that have been on television recently. They made it look so good and wonderful. Ordered two codfish dinners. Was asked what I wanted for my sides. I said hush puppies, they said no we have cheese curds, I said ok. What other side sir, I said a salad with blue cheese dressing. Please also put in plenty of malt vinegar as my wife enjoys that on her fish and chips. You have upgraded sides so that will be $1.50 each. I say ok. That will be $33 and change. I'm thinking FOR LUNCH AT A FAST FOOD JOINT,,,$33dollars you got to be friggin kidding me. I pull up, give the attendant half a mortgage payment and then pull up further and wait. I am now driving back home to bring my wife her dinner, it occurs to me that I just paid $33 and it didn't even include friggin drinks with the meals. WTF We sat down at the dinner table opened up the feast to find the following: A dinner roll the size of a marshmallow. These cheese curds that give new meaning to the song "rubber ball" I'm sure they will come bouncing back to me if you know what I mean. Salads were so small I felt sorry for Culver's to even offer such a ridiculously small portion. The fish was good I must say. There wasn't any chips/fries, they gave me 4 tartar sauces which I never asked for at all. They generously gave us three vinegar packets for five fish. Thirty three dollars, lunch for two at a drive thru fast food joint and NO DRINKS. OVERALL RATING. 5 stars being the highest. -2 Food quantity for the money. -5 Service time. +3 The service time was a plus because they didn't have to bring out much for $33...... Recommendations Put drinks in the dinners for Christ sake. Get some chips in the dinner, whoever heard of fish without chips. Get rid of those cheese ball. Enough said about them. Offer salads only if you are going to give customers a salad and not a sample. Also buy some rolls not marshmallows size. Stop those great tv advertising commercials until you make it right. Culver's is a chain based out of Wisconsin and when I lived in Green Bay I went to the original one. It was basically a custard shop and their custard is awesome. The first time I ordered through the drive through. I ordered the snack pack of buffalo chicken tenders and cheese curds (premium side, it comes with fries). I also had a mint chocolate chip shake (upcharge drink, it comes with a soda). It was all very good. The shake was especially good. It was a lot of food too, more than I actually wanted. I wish you could just order the chicken tenders by themselves. I also wish I could just order two pieces of fish or two pieces of fish and fries (no role or cole slaw). The second time I stopped in there was a pretty long line and I just wanted cheese curds (since I could not just get two tenders with no side) and a shake so I went inside. It was really fast. I had a mint-chocolate shake (mixed together, no chocolate chips) and it was also really good. For me, the shakes or custard based items and the cheese curds are why I go. I am originally from Upper Michigan though so I am basically a cheesehead. Culver's is a little pricier than regular fast food and having to take a number when you are in the drive through and then drive around the building kind of sucks. Not a very good location. I've been here a few times and the food was always subpar... Today I ordered a burger, chicken sandwich and some cheese curds. Waited 15 minutes to get my food... The buns on both sandwiches were stale, the burger was dry (not sure how that's possible if they're made fresh) and the chicken was like a hockey puck (again, not sure how that's possible if they're made fresh). The tomatoes they used were old and mushy. Also, the cheese curds were just thrown in the bag everywhere. I could have gotten a better meal next door at Wendy's for half the price... Their Frozen Custard was awesome: smooth creamy & delicious. Our Butter burgers were not fresh. The burger had been cooked earlier that day, and reheated a bit - but it was cold in the middle. i've worked here before. never again ! we have been forced to serve expired/soiled salad greens, tomatoes, onions, and fruits on several occasions half of our workers are lazy (especially the managers) and tend to get orders wrong consistently due to negligence we have been REQUIRED to fake surveys/reviews because our general managers want to believe that only unhappy customers leave reviews and they need to meet quotas to receive bonuses (only for them !) don't trust the 5 star carbon-copy reviews you see on google/facebook! the only redeemable trait of this establishment is how the front of house presents itself. in reality all of the workers here are miserable and have no incentive to uphold the reputation culver's of trinity wishes it had. all that trinity's managers care about is money, cutting labor costs beyond reason, money, reputation, and more money. not quality. read more

went to the Culver's on 54 in Odesa, Florida for lunch. I was craving a salad, and ordered a Cranberry Bacon Bleu Salad with raspberry dressing sauce. First opening it, it seemed everything looked fresh on top, the dates where right, now once I dug to the bottom there was really old, black and brown lettuce all over the whole bottom! I never realized until I had already eaten about 5-6 bites. i was already far away from the store and I ended up throwing it away. Next day, I had been cramping up and in a lot of stomach pain, went to the doctors a day after and had Salmonella! Check your salad before leaving the store with it. read more

As far as fast food goes, this place isn't too shabby. I had eaten at the other location up in New Port Richey near Ridge Road and walked away a little bit unsatisfied. One of my friends, however, advised me that I order wrong so I decided to give the chain a mulligan. I got the bacon double cheeseburger and subbed out my French fries for fried cheese curds. Winner move! The burger is very reminiscent of Steak and Shake, but slightly better and the cheese curds were amazing. They could use a dipping sauce though. It just didn't feel right having ketchup is my only option for the cheese curds. Crispy chicken sandwich is good. I wish they had more chicken sandwich options such as bbq bacon chicken, ranch & cheese chicken, etc. Other than that, the chicken is juicy; the crispy breading is seasoned perfectly. I also enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich. But you should get a side of honey mustard to give the sandwich more flavor. They are "known" for their butter burgers, but it's just not for me. (My favorite burger is down the road at Burger Fi.) Custard is creamy and delicious. Shakes are good too. Lemonade is way too sweet however. Cheese curds and onion rings were alright, but won't order them again. If you order fries, I recommend more of their yummy honey mustard. All in all, I'm sticking to the chicken and desserts. read more

It is extremely busy tonight with the line going around the bldg but they are super quick and efficient with making and delivering your food. All their employees were smiling and extremely helpful.
