We recently stopped in for Butterburger with cheese and fries. The service was very good, the location was quite clean and seating was comfortable. Our food came out in a timely fashion and it was hot. The burgers were tasty, my guy loved his. I found my burger to be overdone. But after my guy took a bite of mine, he reminded me that they were smash-type burgers and they are more well-done than I normally order. The fries were tasty and good. When I got home and opened the bag, I thought they mistakenly gave me croutons instead of cheese curds. I was wrong. Those tiny things were cheese curds. Cold, sad cheese curds. The burger also left much to be desired. The lettuce, tomato, and onion were fresh which tells me the ingredients weren't the problem, the people preparing the food were the problem. A few months ago I went through the drive thru and they asked for my name. They had never done that before, but okay. I pulled up to the window and the bald man with a goatee complained to me how the customer in front of me didn't want to give his name. The disdain was obvious. I filed that away thinking when will this disdain come my way. It didn't take long and he didn't disappoint. Here is the interaction I had with the same man last week. I spent $30 on two meals and when I got home I noticed grease stains all on the side of my bag. I didn't think anything of it until I pulled my "burger" out. The box looked like it had been chewed by an animal and I was missing one whole side of the bun. The burger looked super dry and was very scarce of mushrooms (I got the mushroom Swiss burger). Actually pretty good! Hadn't been in years. I do not like fries, but that's just a personal opinion. We had double burgers with everything and a North Atlantic cod sandwich. Also ordered cheese curds and onion rings. Everything was pretty darn good! We enjoyed it and will go back a lot! read more

Can't beat Culver's fish sandwiches, deep fried cheese curds and bitter burgers. Culver's also has w custard (super delicious ice cream with a high butter fat content that makes it extra rich and creamy.). Love their "flavors of the day". However my three friends and I went in with coupons for buy one get one free, two scoop sundaes. To me a sundae is ice cream or custard that has some sort of syrup on top plus whipped cream and a cherry. At Culver's all you get when you order a sundae is two scoops of ice cream/custard. I ordered hot fudge and pecans and paid extra for each. My friends just ordered the plain sundae special, buy one get one, and all they got was two scoops of custard, nothing else. No topping. No whipped cream. No cherry on the top. Why do they even call them sundaes if it's just two scoops of their product? One of life's mysteries. Disappointing. read more

Stopped in to try the Curderburger, all my favorite items in a burger. They should keep this on the menu all the time, I really enjoyed it. The place was clean, the service was great, the staff was very friendly. We are new to this area but so happy we still have a Culver's to visit, and a well operated one at that. We love this location before we moved we have never been to Culver's! First of all everyone is so nice and helpful at this location! I've never been to somewhere that People just genuinely nice! We went here for lunch and I got a bacon cranberry salad with bleu cheese and grilled chicken and it was so good and fresh! My husband got the cod and shrimp dinner with cole slaw and fries and it was delicious!! And fresh and fries were so crispy and seasoned well! My father in law got a butter burger and onion rings let me just say their burgers are so good and grilled fresh to order! And the onion rings We're made fresh and delicious and everything was hot and fresh and the custard is amazing!! We just got 2 cones with chocolate and vanilla in waffle cones! First and last time visit to the Seminole, FL Culver's. Don't know how many years it has been open, but somehow I missed visiting. For those who want a very well done, dry, overcooked hamburger this is the place. Only reason I finally tried them is I was at Lowe's across and it was on a whim. There must be at least thirty fast food restaurants within a half mile radius of Park and Seminole Blvd. Could have easily gone to Daily's for a burger...very good, but I didn't. We love going to Culver's and always have a great experience at any we have gone to. We have went to this location a couple times and the vibe is definitely off here. Not the best quality food nor are they friendly. The girl (shoulder length black hair) that was running the food today was the rudest girl. She throws the food on the table and leaves without saying anything. The family behind us was very nice and said thank you god bless and she ignores them. Came in for an early dinner with my parents. walked in to an extremely long line and only one register open. Witnessed Carol talking to customers rudely who came to check the status of their orders and told "it's lent, it's at least 40 mins for the fish" the customer was not told that upfront. As she walked away Carol hollered out "want your money back". At one point a manager told Guliana to hop on a 2nd register to help them catch up. Which she did with a smile on her face. When Carol noticed she YELLED at Guliana in front of the long line of customers. I'm sure she was embarrassed but she kept a smile on her face and was the friendliest person in there. Another customer approached Carol at the register and joked about how busy it was to which Carol responded "it's been all day, we're lucky I haven't punched anyone today". Clearly she could care less about the way she represents the restaurant or how she treats people. Unrelated to this incident, I witnessed Andrea (who I believe was a manager) move from station to station, leave the building, go out to a car, return to the line... wearing the same pair of gloves. My family and I were sitting next to the window and she scratched her head and rubbed her nose while outside. Moving all over the place with the same set of gloves contaminating the place. Thankfully she wasn't handling my food, or I would have left. She was moved to the 2nd register and took my ice cream order later on. It's not Burgermonger or Burger 21, but I kinda like Culver's. The decor has a homey feel , there's carpet,and the tables are clean. I've only had burgers and shakes but they were good. The shakes are creamy and delicious, especially in Florida in July. The girl behind the counter at lunch is so friendly. I've had better and worse burgers, but for the money it's great. They also hand you a number if you stay or have take out, so you can sit and wait for your food to be delivered. Most places people just Mill about by the counter. Do yourself a favor and swing by for a Butter burger and a chocolate shake. read more

Don't waste your money. Used to be our favorite drive thru restaurant, but doubt we'll be back. Food is cold, wait is long, even if the line is short. Order gets messed up every single time. Common sense would tell you not to make a customers ice cream, and then let it sit at room temp while their other food is being made. The concrete mixers end up being milkshakes. But that's what happens here. And most of the workers could care less basically.
