She traveled out of country for several months. While there she had her teeth cleaned 3 months after her Driftwood appointment. The dentist showed her a cavity that was clearly obvious. Driftwood simply overlooked it - not doubt expecting to get a more expensive dental repair later. I was told recently I would need to have a new crown. I decided to get a second opinion. The 5-star dentist I saw said there was no point in having a crown done until I had obvious pain and problems coz it was a crown on a crown and would get into the bone - and that could be years away. Driftwood Dental is in it for the win. I liked this group. But after what they did with my wife's crown and daughter's overlooking of her cavity - they are NOT TO BE TRUSTED. PERIOD. END OF STORY.

I had a horrible experince with them. The brackets constantly irritated my guns and the inside of…read moremy mouth. Eating (a basic human need, by the way), became an extreamly painfull experince. My mouth was in constant pain and teeth where in a perpetual ache for nearly 3 years. Certain adjustments (and their aftermaths) were some of the worst pain I've ever felt in my entire life. They were poor at communication as well, and wouldn't tell us what they would be doing at an appointment until almost after they'd alreaady done it. When I first started they told me it would be 30 months until I got them of, then 27 moths in they told me that I needed another 5 of treatment, bumping my total treatment time to 35 months. I was extreamly upset. We where eventually able to rearrange my appointments cutting my total treatment down to 33 months. Why on earth would they lead with 5 mohts if it could be done in 3. Overall, I had an absolutely terrible experince and am extreamly upset with almost everything that happened during my treatment. Would not recommend at all.
