a gas station at night

Not a bad Cumbys but not the best either. The girl that usually helps me is always very friendly. They have a Dunkin Donuts inside so I suppose that's why they don't sell any of the yummy deliciousness the one on the Post Rd and the one in Stratford have. Its smaller than the other 2 as well, so its always packed since its right off the highway. I just go to this one for the gas and the one in Stratford for gas and goodies

I would have given this amazing coffee shop five stars but one of the staff members wasn't really…read morefriendly I felt twas the customers. The guy who is in my one of my pictures he was amazing. I was visiting this area because I was in town for a three day convention and some of the friends told me about this place. I checked out yelp, found the location and picked myself up some items for my train ride back home. I got an iced spiced chai latte, and an iced cookie butter for tomorrow morning's work day. My oldest daughter got an iced vanilla latte and my other two daughters ordered a chocolate and a cinnamon muffin. I later learned that they were giving 15% off for visitors visiting the convention center and because I missed that opportunity, I was instead offer an assortment of complementary danishes. I have to say my iced spiced chai latte was delicious! So go that I ordered another one in the larger size to take home. I wished all chais would taste like this. They have set the standard. It was so smooth with the amazing yummy spices you could taste, just really good. My daughters, all three had no complaints. They loved the muffins, although they said it should have been warm up, but still was very soft, moist and fresh. I wished that on my second order, the girl who rang up our order would have honored that 15% perfect off because we still made another order after finding out but she didn't and she wasn't very pleasant like the guy, so I just let it go, it was a spiritual weekend for me and I didn't want to let her irritated me. I even included a tip because the male staff member was great. The space is very cafe friendly, plenty of seating, nice ambiance with relaxing music playing. If I lived in this area this place would definitely be my choice of places to frequently visit. So although four stars I'm still giving two thumbs up! Happy Yelping!

Service [5/5]: The workers here were extremely friendly and made sure we knew what we wanted, and how we wanted it too. They also gave us a free dubai chocolate croissant for the "long wait" when it was really like 2 minutes, we didn't even complain or think it was taking long so it was really considerate of them to let us have one for free. They're very nice employees! Atmosphere [5/5]: The place is really nice and a great lounge. Open area with good amount of seating there were people doing work there while also drinking whatever they ordered. Music was a little too loud but honestly still a great lounge area. Food: [2.5/5]: Heres where it gets shaky, I personally didn't love what I got, and I specifically say love and not like beause I did like the food but it's nothing to rush to try and honestly underwhelming as well. Crepe (Strawberries, Bananas, Nutella, sweetened condensed milk) 2.5/5. It was fine and for some reason crispy like a potato chip. I've never had a crepe with that texture and it was weird. The crepe also wasn't really sweet and was kinda tough to eat. Strawberry lemonade 1/5. I didn't really enjoy it very much. It wasn't sweet and it tasted like a watered down Kool-Aid. I only really drank it because it was hot today. I would've probably gotten a water or something else. This was horrible. Dubai croissant 2/5 for my first time trying a Dubai chocolate anything that would sure be my last time. The croissant itself is delicious but all of the extra stuff was disgusting in my opinion. It was very nice of him to give it to us for free but had I known what it tastes like before I would'e turned it down. The croissant alone is very delicious though. tldr: Overall outside of aesthetics I doubt I see myself coming here again. The food was bland, the service was great, and so was the ambiance. But realistically you're coming here to eat and drink not sit around. So I'd probably go somewhere else unless you're willing to take a chance here.

If you're on the hunt for a traditional French bakery with authentic French and European pastries, desserts, and breads, you will happily walk out of here with a bag of wonderful goodies. When you walk in, you'll come across a tempting display case piled high with their baked goods. I saw platters of croissants of every description! Plain, Chocolate, Choc/Raspberry, Almond, Almond/Choc, Croissant Donuts and Croissant donut holes. But wait there's more! Brioches, chocolate Plies, Pinwheels, fruit turnovers, Cinnamon Rolls, Coffee Cakes, Danishes, Beignets, Scones, Fruit Tarts, Palmiers. The list goes on and on and I haven't even gotten to their cookies, macarons, baguettes, rolls, challah, cakes, quiches, and sandwiches. Seriously, you can have three meals a day here for a month and never duplicate anything. When I walked in, the dining room was pretty busy with customers enjoying a late lunch. The ordering line for baked goods was around five deep, which gave me plenty of time to check out the goods. I ended up with a nice assortment of a chocolate croissant, a chocolate Plie, a fruit turnover, donuts, and a fruit pie. We had some of the goodies last night and a bit more for breakfast today. The chocolate plié was amazing, and honestly, everything we've tried so far has been great. Easy FIVE STARS, n'est-ce pas?

The staff person was busy making a tea when I arrived so no acknowledgement, and when she was done she just called out a name but it was not for me. She seemed perturbed I had a question or wanted to place an order. I do wish that the dairy free options could be identified on the menu as so many of the choices contain dairy. I ended up ordering the polemo lemon iced tea, which she had originally to me was sweetened and I told her that I did not want it sweetened. So she told me it would taste sour. Got it any way. The tea wasn't sour but also not something I would get again. Maybe a straight green iced tea, but the prices are high at $5.95. I am not sure if that was a small, medium or large as I was never asked about the size. The establishment and restroom were clean. Situated in corner of plaza with shared parking lot for multiple other business and can fill up fast.
