Nothing is worst then a business that is mismanaged. Walked in 4 people standing behind the registers, store is upside down , coffee station is wrecked , flavor machine empty , bathrooms haven't been cleaned all day , garbage on the floors. So whats the moto if there's time to lean there's time to clean instead we are just standing around having a great time meanwhile the guest experience went down the drain soon we walked in. Oh yeah forgot to mention the employee outside smoking right in front of the doors. He did return to work while I was checking out I doubt he washed his nasty Tobacco hands! Really decent spot here! Food/Drink: Plenty of snacks, chips, jerky, sweets, taquitos, and fountain drinks. Dinning Area: None. Prices: Relatively inexpensive, minus the big ticket items. Parking: Plenty of space, side and back private lots. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Stock: Plenty of items, all stocked well. Clearly priced, and placed in correct areas. Atmosphere: Very lively, truck stop mostly, but lots of travelers. Staff/Attendants: Staff was Great, Lady at the front cashier was nice, and respectful. Quick process in and out. Lucy is a horrible manager and doesnt value the hard work of her employees. I would stay as far away from this cumberland farms if possible. They are constantly looking for new employees because everyone quits due to the manager being a bad person or she fires them out of projection saying they dont do their job when that is 9/10 times not the case. In all honesty she should be replaced or the gas station should just close. A horrible toxic work environment. The only good workers have been fired or quit. read more

When it comes to gas stations and cleanliness, the two don't typically go hand in hand. Cumberland, however, is a very clean and inviting place with "high tech" gas pumps (basically just a TV at every location and a fancy looking unit). It was recently redone and is quite appealing for its purpose My office staff frequents the convenience store aspect of the station quit frequently and I figured I'd go in and check it out. Just like you'd find at a 7-11 or Stewart's, you'll find your wide variety of hot and cold food options. Pizza, hot dogs, hot pretzels and plenty of desert items to choose from as well as a coffee station and other beverages (soda and slushy type drinks). As far as convenience and variety go, this place will do quite fine if you're in the mood for a quick snack after filling up your ride. read more

I go to Cumberland farms at least 3 times a week because I enjoy their breakfast rolls and ofcourse their coffee. When I walk in most of the time they greet me. Last night I stopped in for a Diet Coke and I was looking to see if they had the sausage roll I was looking for, I noticed they didn't have any out and so one of the workers asked me what I wanted and he would help me. He found me my favorite snack and gladly warmed it up for me. As I said "Thank you" he said "that's my job, I'm glad I could help". One evening, I pulled into the parking lot with the intent to go in and buy coffee as I usually do multiple times a day. I parked the car in front under the light and in full view of the main area. As I was trying to finish a phone call, unbeknownst to me, the attendant called the cops on me. Then the NW police kept haranguing me, even after I visibly was well, not inebriated, not operating the car while on the phone, etc. Cumberland Farms upper management later continued to justify the action of the clerk. While I understand it's a judgement call, I don't think there was a lot of good judgement exercised in calling the police on a customer parked under full view of the window and light doing nothing but talk on the phone. If I were off on the side of the building in a more hidden manner, or milling about, then perhaps that would be a stronger "judgement". But for me, Cumberland Farms was too quick and willing to call the police on people. For me as a customer, my business is not welcome there and I am happy to oblige. read more

It's 24/7! That's a win. The employees always say hi and I like their Cumberland chips and ice cream brand.
