She sent me a photo, which I forwarded to Pam, explaining I had one request - that the roses were NOT fully opened. Nothing was done to rectify this situation. I bought many flowers when Mrs. Watring was alive. She had the highest standards of both service and product execution - everything she made was bursting with extra flowers that were very fresh. I planned to be a customer for life. That is no longer true, as the quality has plummeted. Nothing is a good buy when flowers arrive well past the point of freshness, and the owners are not interested in making the customer pleased with a product for which they just paid good money.
