Also the ac they replaced 2 months before I moved out. Couldn't forget the washer that was "fixed" then replaced finally, 4 months before moving out. I forgot about the month the house was unlivable because of water/plumbing issues on top of the ac being out in mid September. Couldn't forget enjoying mid September weather with no ac. So welcome to a half way housing company that half way "cares".

We applied and I paid a double deposit because our credit was not so good, but we had no issue with paying that. The Rent Experts actually manage several properties for the owner of our home that we rent. We were able to do most of our application process online using DocuSign via email. My family and I have lived here in our rental home over two years. When we needed repairs, they promptly took care of those in a timely manner around our schedule. To be honest, if you pay your rent on time, keep your home and yard clean, and inform property management when something needs to be fixed, you will never have any issues. We have renewed our lease twice, and plan on renting our home for a few years. Also, we have pets, and we paid a deposit for both dogs, it is great that we could do that because so many apartments and rental agencies do not allow pets.
